The waterfall is less so when the people are less you can enjoy it else it would be really not worth the ticket price of what they charge 50 rupees per person. Also there are so many monkeys eagerly waiting for your bags and property so it's better to just go without carrying anything or the towel alone else you may start a wrestling match with them.
Good place to explore. But it would be better if local authorities start taking care of the waterfall. Now it is very dirty. There are many instances where you can see people drinking alcohol and throwing the can everywhere. There is a magnificent Siva ling between the waterfall.
We recently visited water that was not there in the falls. If you are planning now to go you will not find anything there. Better to plan in the rainy season. To reach the waterfall road was very nice. I traveled from Bangalore.
Update: August 20, 2023 Had a good weekend place. Feeling a bit disappointed today as we expected more water at the waterfall. There's not much water right now. Maybe it's better to visit during the rainy season.
Peaceful place. Mahadev resides here between two waterfall. But currently there is very less water. So plan accordingly.
Tey to avoid this waterfall, as there is no water flow and even though there is no water, the local people are charging 200 per car and 100 per bike, I never saw this much anywhere for parking the vehicle and if we ask for the board or slips they will come for fighting and try to beat you, try to avoid this place for your safety, be careful with this scammers.
Good place for one day trip from Bengaluru. Road trip from bangalore to kaigal falls was amazing. You fame across Mango vegetation on way. Parking charges: Rs50 for 2 wheelers and Rs100 for 4 wheelers vehicle. There is a 1km trek, which gets bit difficult at the end. Avoid taking aged people with you. Because terrain is bit uneven and slippery. Good time to go is monsoon.
Place is good but entry fee is too much high price of 200 which doesnt reflect the worth in maintenance part. Overall nice experience. Note : not much water from fall currently.
The Kaigal Waterfalls is perennial in nature. from the parking area need to trek down to the falls approximately 600m.Falls is seasonal so before you heading there check the recent photos in google map. Best place for one day outing with friends and
This is a beautiful waterfall located in the Koundinya Wildlife Sanctuary in Andhra Pradesh. The falls are about 130 kilometers from Bengaluru and 25 kilometers from Palamaner. The best time to visit the falls is during the monsoon season, when there
