I visited Kaethal (keettl) in KK Nagar, Madurai, and had a somewhat disappointing experience. Although the customer service provided by the boys in the shop was good, there were several areas that fell short. One of the main drawbacks was the long preparation time. The wait for the food was excessively long, which was quite frustrating. I tried their Thattu Vadai Set and Norukkal, but unfortunately, both dishes were below par. The inclusion of raw carrot, beetroot, and onion in large quantities made the taste too raw and overpowering, overshadowing the other ingredients. This resulted in a lackluster flavor profile.
There is no place to sit and eat. But it's the only place where women can get the feel of a tea shop in Madurai.. Stand and relish a cup of chai, Norukal and yummy thattu vadai set with friends.
