Beautiful place. Perfect spot to get relaxed from busy city life. But be careful when you park your car in the parking area after sunset time. Someone scratched my car using some sharp object and there is no security person or camera to help us. When I talked to police, they told some illegal activities are happening there after evening time. So be careful!!!! There is no one you can complain if your valuables got damaged.

The best time to be there is after 6pm. A peaceful place for spending time with our loved ones and family. But I didn't find boating there. One restaurant is there, for having drinks and ice creams

A clam and nice place to spend evening with family or friends. But this place is poorly maintained. It was a crowded place during weekends but now the authorities are blind and not taking any proper actions to reconstruct it without loosing it's beauty. Earlier there was many activities like boat riding fishing etc. But now it is just good to watch the evening and we can see ducks as the farm is just near by .Plethora of Parking available but the entry point from the main road is steep and vehicles underbody may get scraped. restaurant was under maintenance. But still there are people coming to enjoy the evenings. Authorities must take proper action to encourage tourism in such a good place .

Nice place went with family in the evening. Restaurant is not started functioning but cool bar Is der walkway is under renovation cleaning Is going on but s place with good calm atmosphere in the evening. Spent around 2 hours here.Parking space is not good lot of work to be done .The person der told that boating going to start. Lot of ducks found der. Near by place also good and nice. Crowd is less but good ambience. I think tourism will improve more in future

This place is poorly maintained and lost its charm 10 years down the line. It was an eco tourism destination with lots of activities and restaurants. It's a crowded place during weekends but the authorities are blind and not taking any action to generate revenue by promoting tourism at such a calm place. One can watch ducks as farm is nearby. Parking available but the entry point from the main road is steep and vehicles underbody may get scraped.

Beautiful place for morning and evening.I went evening time.

Soo..this place is beautiful, far away from the buzzing of Kochi city!! But, it has a couple of " buts ", before I come to it, let's talk about the good things, It's a beautiful place with a really nice walkway from one end to the other ...two scenic bridges on which you can have amazing photoshoots of yourself and the surrounding.. you can simply walk to the end and come back and feel nice. Lush green and water all around. But!! we went around 3.30pm, and the restaurant was closed. There were no security guards or anyone just for name sake, because there was this weird looking guy with a GoPro on his head, wearing specs and walking around and no one to take care of him, it was really weird and looked very dangerous. Someone to check on this guy would have been safe. I can't imagine what would have happened if there were no one else at that point of time. While walking from one end to the other, you basically see a lot of trash here and there and a place that's poorly maintained. Could do a lot more and since a lot of couples come here, you can pretty much find a couple every 50 meters and if this place was maintained well, it could attract a lot more crowds. Beautiful place, but poorly maintained with trash littered here and there and also no security in case of anything.

A beautiful peaceful place to relax and refresh. The best time is evening. Around 5 kms from Kakkanad. Just drop the location in map and go, even the person living nearby also will help in finding the route. No restrictions, no entry fees, just go and see the beauty of nature and relax. Safe for Both family and couples also.
