The location of the property is generally surrounded by jungle so you can experience the ultimate jungle vibes yet secure and safe inside the property. The swimming pool is great to spend the time with your close ones or as an individual to rejuvenate your soul. By seeing the price range, this property makes it impressive as it is the lowest among all yet with a good service. Families or couples or else friends can have a blissful time inside the property. Though for a time being its the last resort in the lane so need to drive a little more inside the lane to reach this property. The staffs are well disciplined and ready for your call and service.

The worst resort so far...Such a waste of money..I will suggest everyone,please you should never visit to this place..The place is full of cons- 1.Pathetic dirty rooms(very much different from what shown in the picture) 2.The room service is very very slow 3.Now coming to the most important part that is food.U can never expect varied menu from them.They provide u very,very limited food and that too those food they bring from local hotels..so if you even ask for any extra roti,rice or even chicken you will never get it.. 4.Every staff members are after tips...inspite of their poor service. 5.Also the road that connect the resort is very narrow and poorly maintained. Only pros is the garden is good looking that's it. In short,never visit to this place and waste your money.

Wonderful location and views ... The forest vibes are really amazing ... May improve the varieties of the restaurant food options . Overall very good staff behaviours. I am happy to get this place ... Would like to come again .

very good rooms with forest views. Rooms are neat and tidy. Food is great. Ambience is good and entire campus including the pool area is good for kids. Staff is polite and friendly. over all nice experience

Location wise it difficult to rich ambience is average room quality not so good. Everything think was ok but service and unethical business policy harassed us a lot. We had booked 3 room on 20/09/2023 over phone with advance payment for 22/09/23 and 23/09/23, after arrival they informed us they will provide rooms for only one day and after that they will shift us another different resort on the very next day morning as they have received a booking of 30 persons accommodation, which was done after our booking.

The location of this property is just wonderful in one word. Manager & Staffs are really great. We have enjoyed at swimming pool for a long time. It was just fantastic. Special thanks to the owner Mr. Subhasish Ghosh. He is very helpful person. Rooms and foods are also very good. It is always recommended for lataguri

I had been fooled by the photos and ratings of this property and made a booking for the 15th of August 2023 for my family with 2 rooms 101 and 102. So we reached the resort at 12:00 clock and provided the documents for our check in but as informed by the receptionist only 1 room was available then and they would provide the second room in some time. So after waiting for 2 hours we got our second room at 2pm that too after asking several persons. On asking the manager he said that they were in short of staff on a holiday. So we decided to adjust and move on spending our day. We got our room and in the room was the mini fridge which you can see in the picture and video and also can be found on the beautiful pages on this hotel's page. We were so disappointed that we decided to ignore it and just get on with the night. The service was pathetic. You order a food now and you will be served 3 hours later. The rooms were worse at night. We were in a constant fear of insects getting in our ears. You can see bugs in the blanket. The owner himself was drunk and partying in the pool. He himself was so drunk that we didn't want to get into an argument so we did not inform him. Beside the pool we could hear him speak with the manager about not allowing guests without wearing swim wears. This way he was indirectly pointing us and later on closed the pool lights to literally push us out. "You fool women can wear t-shirts and pants made of polyester in any swimming pool of the world" I had thought to spend the day with a good mood and take back memories to come back again however I will never return here. Anyone with family or couples stay away do not be fooled.

Horrible experience...staff was not at all cooperative..they did not show the care of cooking simple rice and dal for our infant of 1.5years which was intimidated 3months prior...they could not manage to serve evening chicken momo and soup which was ordered 1 day ago.. swimming pool was filled with insects and leaves..no staff was present to clean it up..cold onion pakora was served in the evening snacks..the minimum hospitality which a guest can expect is completely absent in this place..a very disappointing experience altogether.A big no for families with small kids. The staff is very rude and arrogant. I have travelled to many places with my kid,but this type of horrible hospitality was never faced before. Utterly dissatisfied and disappointed. Total waste of money
