Kadambavanam - Resort hotel in Alagar Hills R.F - Dindigul, India

It is a beautiful dream gone wrong. The initial idea was brilliant, but many factors have made the place go downhill. Today it looks run down and used up. A huge spurt of investment will be needed to get the resort back on track again. The best thing about the rooms was the open roof shower in the bathroom. It is a beautiful idea and nicely executed. But we wished someone had told us about the various things we could do from there and also about the many facilities in the complex itself.

It is a good place to know about traditional stories and tradition and there are fully covered of green trees and plants it has large space to play traditional games. It has a swimming pool but now it is in maintenance. THANK YOU

The place has beautiful hills around. It requires a major renovation since it is old and not maintained. The restaurant didn't have lights, just one waiter for the whole restaurant.

We visited the hotel for swimming and dinner. After swimming we left the hotel without dinner..Reason is the staffs are so rude . Wen we are using swimming pool they approached us to leave the pool. Althought ther is 15 mts left. Wen we ask them they said it's gm s order..worst expire ence

We went to swiming pool alone Rs350/hour...well maintained pool ,,big size ,,,peacefull..less crowded..photogenic ....

Location and set up was very good. We visited the restaurant for Sunday buffet. 630/ head was bit costlier. But taste was very good with good ambiance and atmosphere. Service very good. Swimming pool access is paid and at very high 350/ head that was funny and bad part. Resort stay price aslo too high for that location. Overall good!!! But price, menu and other stuffs need to be priced need to be reviewed. Sep 2023 visit: It became very poor. Restaurant service took 30 mins to take up order and food was way too bad . Briyani is just mix of gravy and rice, they gave vattal kulambu for Briyani.. Chicken 65 for 8 pieces 350 rupees.. Serving charge 70 rupees. Absolutely bad food taste and hefty price. Wasting such a wonderful property. Someone should really care about this property and restructure it.

6k for 5hrs stay is high. I saw the pic in google then I decided to go there but it's different from that pics. No swimming pool and even AC is not working in room, called the receptionist and told AC is not working but they said go near AC and operate but still not worked. I asked for water bottle but nothing came.

Had a lovely view of the mountain and beautiful sunset . Without the swimming pool ,we literally felt bored since we couldn't go out to play because of the scorching sun . Wish they would add more indoor games to keep the guests entertained. Service and food was good .
