Food was very bad.Offered their special pothichoru with payasam and neen. Ordered two biriyani. They didnt give water.And food quality is horrible. Honestly we couldn't eat a single portion of the meal even though we were so hungry. To the hotel management, Making money by this way is not right. Food cost was damn high. One of the worst experience.
Incidentally, I had to take a chance on this restaurant today for lunch (Missed to take a look at the reviews). Lost interest to eat looking at the packing. The food quality was not good. Rice quantity was less. Curries tasted raw and was not upto the mark. The pour outs amounts hardly 2-3 tablespoons. Totally disappointed! Completely agree with other reviews of this kind. Would be good if the concerned would notice this in and try to address the issues in future.
Stay far far away from this place. I ordered 1 fish curry meal,1 netholi fry and1 kappa fish curry via swiggy. The netholi was missing, and the portion of kappa provided was a joke. If you go to any hotel in Trivandrum for lunch, you will get more kappa than what i paid Rs126/- for for free as a side dish. The meals is a disaster. The rice is half coocked, and don't even get me started on the pulissery; you get more pickle at a thattukda that the few drops of pulisherry you sealed inside the silver pack and sent us! I understand that hotels need to make profit, but that does not mean they have the right to blindly rob us. To the hotel management: we customers expect a minimum level of commitment and dedication from your side. If you are not willing to provide it, please shut the hotel and do something else.
The best seafood restaurant in the city. Every dish they offer is marvelous. If you are looking for a good meal with typical Kerala style fish dishes, this is the place. If you are keen on eating from here, I would advise you (from experience) not to be late, because people take the food from here seriously. Food doesn't last past lunchtime, normally. Not easy to locate it if you are a first timer, but I assure you it's worth your while. I had a very pleasant experience.
Today we went there for lunch We ordered 15 chicken biryani Taked more than 15 mins to get the food on table Poor hygiene Rice was over cooked Chicken quantity is so small compared to the rice given The egg they give was terrible it wasn't even properly boiled Glasses there are not washed neatly i could smell the milk that already someone drank We had no choice So we had to eat it I'm warning you don't go there if you want a healthy stomach That's all
This is a place you shouldn't visit for lunch. Curries all are not good. Rice is also bad. Payasam and achar didn't meetup nything. Fry was really fried one so tasted real dry. 2 oonu plus 2 meen fry Rs 340/-, if food was good amount was ok but this is real bad. Not upto the marks.
