I had an exceptional dining experience at Kadaloram, the sea-side restaurant on Vettucad Beach, Trivandrum. The pomfret fry was not only delicious but also one of the largest I've ever had. The prawns and crab were fantastically spicy, paired perfectly with rice and curry. The freshness of the seafood, sourced directly from fishermen at Vettucad Beach, made the meal outstanding. The lemonade and strawberry mojito were refreshing complements. The owner's friendly demeanor added a personal touch to the overall delightful visit. Highly recommend! If you're in Trivandrum, don't miss Kadaloram!
There are varity of fish fry Verity available. The fish combo will be value for money and also I love it.
Absolute waste of a place.... Don't even serve tea or coffee... went with few old people just to have a quick tea they downright refused to serve. I understand hotel policies being a hotelier but this is absolute nonsense refusing to serve elders atleast a tea especially when restaurant is empty. This initial impression itself differed us from having dinner there.

Quality of the food is good. It's a great place to explore if you are a kind of person who likes variety seafood items. Though the rates are on the higher side, it's definitely a good destination for food lovers. As this restaurant is very close to the seashore, sometimes smell of the sea may disturb some of you.
I searched in Google "best hotel for fish food in Thiruvananthapuram". It's suggested kadalora restaurant. Honestly a superb restaurant. Very clean and sea shore environment. I ordered a sela fry with gea rice. They got time to make this. In the time they serve one sulaimani tea. It feels different before the food. Then Around 15 minutes later they're bring my ordered food. The taste was very gorgeous. I meld the sela fry taste. Also they showcase more varieties in their menu. But my ordered food is enough for me at the time. The total cost I spent around 450 INR for that delicious recipe. Should try once if you will come to Thiruvananthapuram.
Places like these should not be compared with other premium places. So, my review will be in that perspective. The hotel is pretty close to the sea shore. You can expect some false smell and all, sometimes. The fish dishes are very fresh and you will get wide varieties. Cleanliness might be a concern for some but it's kind of okay. Food was really tasty and I enjoyed the vibe.
Great location, food is cooked properly and is good in taste. Pomfret is costlier for sure but rest is all fine. Faster services and great spot to enjoy seafood.
