Recently, I visited the restaurant & ordered chicken biryani, and the taste was really not so good .. I expected a lot, but they served really a bad biryani & it tasted very salty . Except food & the atmosphere was really good .. didn't order another item .. rather than biryani, u can try other items . Charging extra money on water bottles for 20rs bottle they r charging 30rs . Food items were a little higher in this restaurant
Chicken wings - 4/5 Spring rolls - 2/5 Noodles - 3/5 Butter naan - perfect Paneer butter masala - 4/5 Chicken dum Biryani - 3/5 Too much salt in noodles and spring rolls (better don't try other dishes and waste your money) * * They really demanded for tips and was talking very rudely. Owner need to focus on staffs behaviours * I felt like I went just to kill mosquitoes * I'd recommed chicken wings and paneer butter masala with naan That's it
Absolutely delicious flavours Had soup, starters, veg and non veg. Kadai Special biryani is cherry on the top. Can easily serve 2 people who had some early starters and soup. But missed the customer service.. There are a lot of people to serve you, but the part where a customer orders and waiter takes order is a big mess.. I have ordered chicken lollipop, and even after telling them that i ordered lollipop early from other branch they gave it to other table. Ordered a crispy corn but didn't even received it, nor someone mentioned it that there is no order placed. Overall:3.5/5 Taste:5/5 Customer Experience:2/5
Quality of food is okay. But the service needs to be improved. The waiters stand right in front of you and don't leave until you have paid them a "tip". Cleanliness and hygiene of washrooms need to be improved a lot too.
Biryani was ok and overpriced at 340rs. I would leave it upto them for their greedyness towards money. But the saddest part is with their bloody service beyond paying excess. Kinley Water bottle MRP was Rs. 30. Thought of not worrying. But they were so reluctant to charge a water bottle beyond MRP. ON TOP OF MRP, THIS RESTAURANT IS CHARGING GST. WHICH IS ILLEGAL. When I questioned, he carelessly said, "Everyone else on footpath is collecting, and even they wanted to collect. ". Just hated their response and their attitude and greediness towards hailing money illegally.
This place improved a lot since my last visit... it's hygienic and good service... do try the specials of the day.... biryani is good.. ambience is good...
Worst services ever, Food & Staff nothing was good. NEVER VISIT THIS RESTAURANT Yesterday we have visited this restaurant and decided not to visit again, Staff behaviour was not good, cutlery are not clean. They will not give you salad. Extra 10 for Water Bottle Manchuria was not good worst Noodles half cooked Roti is massive blunder Biryani is hot much spicy
