I like their timely delivery and the availability of basic stuffs in their app when we made a huge order of groceries while anxious about another lockdown. Their customer care is non existent. No response regarding request of changing my primary phone number either through call or email. From my experience in my first order made with them sometime during 2016, I now notice that there is a steep decline in overall quality of their services.

I understand that these are indeed trying times. Some items could be unavailable, I can live with that as long as I get the refund to my wallet. The very least thing you could do with a non-existent customer care is to make sure the items in the final invoice are indeed getting delivered. This is where you fail big time. I have raised tickets, mails and calls but to no avail. Understaffed customer care is a problem, but the real issue is quality of delivery. Disappointed. Edit: Within 24 hours of this review I got a call from one of the investors Mr. Hanif. We had a cordial conversation about the issues I face as a customer and what they face as an ecom delivery enterprise in the times of a pandemic under a triple lockdown. He was more than understanding of the mishaps that happened during the delivery/billing phase. He assured me my tickets would be taken care of within a day, that this sort of mismatch would never happen again and that they are making sincere efforts to reverse the negative delivery ratings they've been getting of late. As I type this edit my tickets have been taken care of and refunds remitted to my kada wallet. Updating my rating hoping that this issue will never crop up again as assured by Mr. Hanif. Don't ever take the risk of ordering through kada.in. They are a group of fraudsters. They ll take your orders online and take prepayment. Later , they will cancel your order stating Covid conditions . They ll ask to Whatsapp the bank details to refund the amount. After that, no response. No msgs, no calls, no nothing. If you attempt a call, they ll disconnect within 1 ring. It's been 2 months since I have ordered through kada.in and still waiting for my refund of Rs. 600.

Worst experience i have ever encountered. They delivered me rotten vegetables. One item of the order was missing in delivery. All The vegetables i got were of worst quality. I tried the phone nos. available in the site. But they wont take phone. Only way to contact them is email. They have promptly replied for the email and promised to refund the price of undelivered item to the account. But nothing happened. Now about one month has elapsed since my purchase.

This is a fraudulent and a business with zero commitment to customers. Never trust or buy any product from this business. I have suffered the atmost bad experience which is not expected from this business. Let me share pattern of the fraud. Customer orders the product-> amount paid Here comes the further problems: 1. No option to cancel the product(in website). 2. They have mentioned customer care number(via call and whatsapp). Don't fall for it, no one picks the call neither they don't call you back (my scenario, called more than 30+ plus times but none picked the call). No whatsapp contact as mentioned in site(indicates misleading information shared) 3. I want to change the address after order but didn't option. So tried to contact customer care(my above proves their pathetic commitment to customer). So I tried to raise my complaint via email as mentioned in website and compliant reporting option in website. No resolution after a month neither no call/email to check the resolution 4. Here comes the money cheating. You order for Rs 2000.They change the items/delete items due to no stock. Balance amount(assume Rs 500) is now kept in its website wallet and not refunded to the original source of payment. Just imagine, no customer care attends the call nor helps you. This makes to purchase further product from this useless service. By luck got the call connected to them, they told me. Will send via Google Pay, but haven't done so far. So beware of buying products from these business and there online delivery will not be convenient but turns to be a headache. Those who have faced such issues recommend to provide a consumer compliant against these business with zero loyalty & inclined more towards cheating.

I am using Kada.in for weekly shopping and happy to say it is a great blessing. Had used this online facility during lock down time. There was delay in delivery at that time which was understandable. Now started using this platform again and I am happy with the service and promptness. Wonder if they will extend their service to other cities too. Would be a great help to order grocery for elderly parents living in other places.

Hi all. I have very bad experience with Kada shopping. Because of emergency I ordered 2/3 times, every time they delivered the worst products.last time they delivered the items in which none of the vegetables & fruits I could use- had to dump it,though I contacted & shared pictures they never returned nor refunded. Bought 3 kgs potatos & 12 eggs, out of which I could use only 5 eggs & maximum 500gms potatoes rest spoiler.

I ordered some items online on 23/03/2020 for Rs 2930, just one day before breakdown. They accepted the order and informed they will deliver by 26/03/2020. on 26/03/2020 morning they send a message that they have cancelled the order and will refund the amount. I provided bank details .till now ie today 07/04/2020 they have not refunded the amount now all their contact numbers are switched off. What should i do now?
