This looks very new from outside but about to fall from inside like, broken sellings, broken AC and broken fans as well. The washroom is not good. Drinks are very reasonably cheap and it's a good thing. The food is extremely overpriced but the taste is good. Recommended only if you don't mind the outdated ambience.
Ambience is kind of shady here and only beer is available. Not a fine dining restaurant or bar . It is only suitable if you want to enjoy beer with some friends. We tried a couple of beers with a plate of chicken pakoda. Food is very costly here as compared to the ambience and kind of service you get here. But gotta accept that the taste of chicken pakoda was good.

Everything is good but old is always good ..not like our 6yrs back kacpani beer parlour cost is too expensive better to go to any restaurant com bar in the same price.

Beer 20Rs over MRP. Chicken pakoda 150 per plate (6pcs). Waiter was very gentle. More than what I expected over this price. Tipped them 100Rs. Quite satisfied. Hence 5 stars.
