This hostel belongs to Karnataka Christian Education Society. It is one of the Great Hostel for living. This is the best hostel that I've been stayed. Hygienic rooms and toilets. More than enough to stay in hygienic conditions. Very great quality food is given with regular nonveg. There is KACES ground to play and walk. You can't understand this until you stay here for a while. Best hostel to stay and live for a while.
It's one of the oldest hostels in Mangalore, provides decent food and accommodation at reasonable prices; has got double room and single room facilities. Food is OK for even Malayalees but not too great. The most unique about this hotel is that, it is totally surrounded with trees, birds and squirrels, completely a different experience in the midst of a huge city like Mangalore.
After 8 pm main gates are closed and you can't go inside with vehicle you can go through walking with back gate.
Worst hostel in mangalore. The main issue is with food, prepared in a untidy kitchen and tasteless. Warden and staffs during my time were worst and useless.
It's really nice boys hostel. There are many students and malayalees are most here and especially Alosyans. For bath attached 16900 is quotient deposit and 5500 monthly fees. There is a small ground inside the campus. It's really good for students and the surroundings are really good with many plants and trees.
One of the best hostel for boys in Mangalore, nice food(veg & non-veg) and accomodations with fair price. Located near to almost every institution. Calm surroundings. There is timing for entry and exit.
Food is not at all good rooms are comfy and spacious. They return only 50% of FD i.e 9000. They take extra 4000 as FD every year other than the first year. If you can afford these you can go for it. There is playground and hostel day is conducted every year.
Rooms are vry gd and spacious, there is indoor badminton court, 24 hr electricity , food is not good (adjustable), there is a play ground. Overall it is very nice place *except food*
