Receptionist took forever to fill up her register and give me my room. and in the morning I had to leave early but there was no one to open shutter on hotel main entrance till 7 o clock. nobody picked up my call .
overall is good(super delux room) good size , bathroom was cleen ,they allowed me early check-in also changed sheets according to my needs it's just they don't have parking space and someone damaged my car ( rear light + rear bumper + book lid broken ) can't anything about it but a request to hotel to look for parking space or a guard during day time to keep cars safe.
It is a basic hotel in clean city of Nahan... Landmark Delhi gate, Nahan. From Delhi about 250 KMS/05 hrs. Road is good We left Delhi at 1700 hrs and with stoppages, easily reached hotel at 2200 hrs. Many things which are wrong about hotel... Let's talk about positive one's Hotel is next to fort of Nahan.. Within walking of distance of Gurdwara Shri Dasmesh sthan... Rooms have running hot water facility, much needed after long drive. Hotel serves the awesome, Yum food... During our 04 day stay at hotel, each night we saw birthday or get-together be organized, by locals... Food is highly recommended.... Don't forget to taste - Delicious Vanilla Ice cream Sundae with wafer biscuits at cost of INR 75.. per cup. It was SO YUM, I forget to click the pictures (Important - It is not mentioned in their menu and served on spl. request only) Staff is polite and helpful. Advise... Please do NOT come with high expectations in regard to room and you will enjoy your trip. If check in at hotel is in late evening, do inform hotel in advance for smooth check in.
I'll give the review of restaurant only as I've dined many times there. Ambience is okay not too good. Staff is very good Food is very good especially Non vegetarian don't experiment much with Chinese. If you're travelling by car parking could be a problem.
As we arrived on 01/06/19@ 7:30pm. we entered our room, but AC was not functioning, Fan was not working fine, it was very slow on its highest speed. we told at reception but they told there is a party going in hotel so due to load on AC,s your AC is not working, on second day i.e on 02/06/19, no one came for cleaning the room and changing the bedsheets, after giving repeated reminders no response came, now at 9: 20 pm i am writing this review and now we and our 1 year old baby have to sleep on this dirty bedsheets in a dirty room.
The hotel is situated in a steep downhill from the tertiary road, which itself is a branchout from the main road. Your car has to be parked at a distance from the hotel and it is a very congested place to keep you car. The hotel is otherwise clean from inside and hotel staff are courteous. You wont be getting a good view of hills/nature from your balcony, rather you would be welcomed by terraces and roof tops of adjacent buildings to gaze at. Apart from the location which is a sore thumb, it provides for an average stay experience.
Room was good but as we booked 1 room for 3 adult so space was not there in selected room for 3rd bed. means room was small. but understanding the same, hotel person has given us other room. more over room was having only one switch for one gadget where as we were having 3 mobiles and 2 laptops. so managed very poorly.
The rooms were very presentable and good to use. Amenities were provided to me to my expectations and in terms of view the room is good as well. The breakfast also tasted really well with quality .Overall a great stay in the hotel.
