The restaurant is good to get authentic Kerala dishes. Most of the cuisines are available at Kaayal like the basic Kerala Porotta, Kerala Meals, Ghee rice and Biryani as well. We ordered Beef Roast, Porotta and Ghee rice, but the only thing we didn't like is that the beef roast served was cold and was not exactly the beef roast which seemed more of a beef curry. Also the Ghee rice to was cold but the Porotta was very fresh hot and fluffy which was very nice of all the item's we ordered. The overall pricing was fair for all the other restaurants we have the near by locality. For all of these we had to pay 650 for 4 people which was pretty decent for the quality and quantity they served.
The beef roast quantity was very less even though we ordered 2 of them. So while ordering should be careful with that.
Also they don't have enough parking space so should be careful while visiting the place. The ambience is very neat and cool they keep place always clean and they play good Malayalam musics which gives a good touch.

We tried chicken biryani, Veg meals with beef fry and Kappa Biryani, all tasty and delicious.

This place is in the second floor of the building, which makes it less noisy atmosphere regarding the traffic noises.
Very good table space is there. Also the place isn't usually crowded, so that you can eat peacefully. Wide variety of seafood and Kerala dishes are there. I find it a little above average pricing too.
Parking space is limited. Mobile payments are accepted.
I had a chicken biryani from this place. Egg and pappadam was available with CB. I haven't seen any other restaurants nearby is offering egg with CB.

Nice Kerala Restaurant and price is also reasonable. If you want to try Kerla food try it here, good food and service is also ok not that bad. Must try Chicken biryani and meals here it's really yummy . Overall experience is nice, Supportive stuff and Ambience is nice.
Great kerala style food. Delicious. Try the kerala fish meals. I had cone here to have Obama. Sadya. It was delicious. Very reasonably priced at 400 rs when other hotels were charging at triple the rate yet they couldn't natch the taste.

One of the best places for malabar cuisine in bangalore. Operating in a bungalow, this place doesn't look like your regular restaurant from outside. The ambiance is very simple and traditional. The food is amazing, we tried a couple of dishes prawns
Food is really nice. All items are having authentic Kerala style taste. Very good and cordial staff. Must try are Chatti chor, coconut milk shake, Nool porotta. Space is less and getting a parking is tight. Better take an Uber or Ola to reach there.
