Kaas Woods Resort | Best Resort in Satara | Top Resort in Kaas Pathar - Resort hotel in Yavateshwar - Satara, India

I enjoyed my stay at Kaas Woods Resort Things I liked 1. The view from this place is beautiful. 2. The food is tasty and freshly made. 3. The place is surrounded with trees, plants and natural beauty. Things that could be improved 1. We were looking forward to spend some time at the swimming pool but when we reached it was closed for maintenance. This was not conveyed to us in advance. 2. The waiter came and ask us to pay the dinner bill late at 11:30 PM when we were almost asleep. 3. Don't expect breakfast before 10 AM. We got our first morning tea at around 10:15 AM. And the check out time is 11 AM.

I have booked this resort and paid rs 1000 in advance but after seeing this resort in person It is not in good shape. In one of the rooms water is leaking from the roof.I have asked for the refund amt as it is difficult for senior citizen and kids due to water got accumulated in most of the places. They refused to refund even half of the booking amt which I feel is not a good gesture.

Am writing this review based on the review given by a customer and the owners response. If the room was leaking there should be a 100% refund. On what basis are you asking the customer to pay for something that you have not even provided. Does this mean you will want people to pay and stay in a leaking room. Totally absurd!!

It was good visit at kas pathar with kasa wood resort..they have cleaned rooms, bt it has lil up from the road like, 2 floor up to go to wooden cottage also it has been difficult for elderly people and disabled. Otherwise location, view and service wise it is too good. Things needs to improved 1. The steps are dirty due to monkey's potty 2. U will not get breakfast before 9 pm.. they have policy to not to disturb staff from 11 to 8 3. Taking food bill payment at night as its their closing time of kitchen

Nice Food. Service are best. Natural test this hotel. And very low price.

Only cottages are worth staying. Suites n bungalow are just passe. Food quality is very poor.

Five star only for the view from balcony. Rest, don't even deserve one star, their rooms and ambience is far different which shown in the pictures. Dirty rooms, no room service at all, no safe car parking, intercom is useless. More dangerously they used LPG gas cylinder to provide hot water which placed next to the room. Don't waste your money on this resort.

Location of the resort is good especially because of the view outside. We stayed in a cottage which was decent in size and clean. It had a nice balcony with a wonderful mountain view. The only problem was the room service. They are very slow in regards to their room service. Firstly there is no intercom in the room so we had to call him on their mobile number to place any order. The children's playing area was available but it's very small with limited options. I will not advise this resort to older people as there are a lot of stairs. Not a safe place was very young children eg: 3-8 years as there are many unsafe places where they can fall. We visited during the winter season (December month) so were not able to get in the swimming pool as the water was very cold. A good resort to stay inside a room and enjoy the outside view.
