Located in prime place in V.R mall. Service is not up to the mark. Average taste, veg people ur options are very less.not worth the money. Tried biriyani but was not that hot r tasty..too much oil...ordered for soft drinks but got the old stock .overall average exp. Ambience is good. Need more improvement.

The food was average in taste and quantity. The service is not well, the waiters are not responding properly. And they charge service charge as well for their worst service. So remove the service charge and pay the bill. If you don't have anyother option at the time you can go to this restaurant or else try someother it is expensive for their taste and quality.

Food was excellent and so was the ambience. Service was good too. Great place for non-veg lovers with plenty of options for vegetarians as well. There's plenty of seating available. We loved everything we tried though we felt portion sizes were a bit less for the price. Chicken Chettinad curry will be our top pick and I highly recommend trying it. Egg Kuttu parotta and Paneer masala were pretty good too. We can't wait to come back and try more. IG:journey_man16

It's a quite a decent place in VR mall to have lunch or dinner. Typical Madurai based cuisines and biryani. Anything in Mutton and natukozhi is very good here. In my earlier visit had non-veg meals, but didn't like it, it was more like sarvana Bhavan with extra non-veg gravy. So no point in having meals. Parotta might be a good choice as well if one want to have light food.

Absolutely worst service and staff. Even the manager is very bad. Ordered soup , but it was extremely spicy. So kept it aside. The waiter comes and passes a comment that " Even kids can drink this soup " which is completely unnecessary. The manager also repeats the same. Absolutely zero respect for the customer who hasn't even said anything but decline as I couldn't have the spicy food. Feel bad for the Franchise owner as they are the ones who are losing out on the customers. Hopefully he/she will take proper actions as it used to be a good place. Not worth the money, preferred to avoid the food court crowd. Chicken biryani was so oily and spicy. Waiter did not listen to our instruction and got our food in reverse order. They are adding service charge is all bills you can check the bill and get it removed

Too costly and pathetic service. Food taste was horrendous. We ordered chintamani chicken and that was nowhere near it. Chicken soup was bland with no chicken pieces with only a chicken bone and it looked exactly like an eaten bone from other customer's plate. Chicken 65 boneless is 340/- INR + Gst Moreover they are charging service for their appalling service. Overall poor experience and waste of money.
