Kaapi Koottam - Restaurant in Kozhikode - Kozhikode, India

I have been ordering food from this restaurant for the last two years, and always got full satisfaction. The quantity, quality and packing are really good . Through offers in Zomato and Swiggy, the rates are also unbelievably low. Thank you very much. Recently they have introduced a few more chicken dishes which is indeed a good move towards customer preference.

Good food.. ordered via Swiggy Just right biriyani.. not too oily or heavy Noodles was ok, not as good as I hoped

Ordered few of their snacks (Pazhampori, poricha pathiri, neyyappam, ullivada and samosa) via Swiggy and they tasted sooo good. The only dislike I had was towards ullivada, not because of the taste but due to oil. Hope they will take care of it in future. Packaging was superb.

Ok ok food with bad service. Rude owner who simply shout to cover up his mistakes when we had an issue about measurement. Looks like they have kappikoottam standard measurement scale which nobody should question.

Finally a place in the Chailand of Kozhikode to have good old filter kaapi The Rava Kesari was too tempting to miss out on

Hello Everyone, Please take time to read my very pitty experience with this restaurant 'KAAPI KOOTTAM'. I am not a person who writes review on Google. But I think I should write this because it may help someone who are going to place an order with this restaurant. I have ordered a combo which includes chicken curry and Porotta through zomato on 9th of Feb 2022 evening. The order was delivered on time. But still the food that I received wasn't hot. It seems like it has been prepared early morning. The chicken curry was ruined and not even edible. I have reported this in zomato and they didn't take the responsibility since this issue was from restaurant. Hence I made a call with the restaurant and the lady who took the phone guaranteed for refund. But till now after making 2 - 3 calls with them I didn't received a refund as they confirmed. I have to say that they are cheating customers by breaking the promises and delivering bad food. Guys please don't make any order from them. It will take your money and health. Thanks everyone who had the mind to read this. NB: Finally after several calls I received the refund after one month.
