K7 Manju is a home away from your own home. Safe and secured place to stay with family. Incharge persons are very nice and kind.All Staffs cared much in neatness. From security to top all are welcomed face people.we stayed one month.Thank you very much for your hospitality.
We staid here for 6 months. The staff is very welcoming.they are also very very helpfull . it is close to the beach and also has a lot of stores around. The atmosphere is a little poluted but it is in midlle of chennai.the bedrooms are AC. Free wifi as well.there is a kitchen,bedrooms,private bathroom,TV and fridge. If you have any deliveries it will only take 2 days to come. Cleaning crew is avalible and they are verry sweet.
Decent one furnished with essentials.. we stayed only for Two days.. for an official stay it was good enough
100% safe. Well equipped. Has all the amenities of luxury. Cheap in comparison to others. Stuff are very well behaved. Enjoyed staying there.

Very few Good staff..... Rest all are ok.....Very very Narrow approach road.... No parking space unless you pay extra and extra..... Very cringy feeling.....
