It's a spacious gym and is usually quiet from 10 am to 4 pm. If you prefer a less crowded gym, this is the one for you. It has most of the basic equipment and ample dumbbells. Staff is nice too! Unlike other gyms, nobody markets health supplements. They advise only when you ask.
