K.T.Hotel ( unit of K.T Lodge) - Hotel in Madurai - Madurai, India

Think twice before the booking in this hotel .One of the worst hotel I had experience in my all life,toilets are smelly and fungal spreaded,bed sheets are blood stained and staffs are extremely rude behavior.

The hotel is very basic in terms of the services and facilities. The room is wide enough for two persons and has tv and AC. However, the bathroom in my room was on bad condition. But the most striking and attractive aspect of this property is the behavior of the staffs. All the people were well mannered and showed concerned if you needed any help. I liked that attitude. Hopefully it will improve its infrastructure soon.

If you are a family member and have a car, don't ever dare to go to this hotel, first of all you will have a bad experience with Check-in itself. Very rude behaviour, receptionist is a senior citizen but very rude. You have to beg for hot water, rooms will have full cracks and produces bad smell. No towels, you have to request for blankets then they will give one as a formality...We informed previous day itself that we will check in early morning 4 am, as soon as we got up one of the neighbour customer parked their car which has blocked ours..Hotel management is searching for that customer, which delayed our further journey by 1 hour, when asked they are responding rudely. Worst experience

Rooms Is Very Hot,Their Bedsheet Cover are not made of cotton and it's very uncomfortable for sleeping Lighting atmosphere of the room is not well,Dim Condition

Reducing stars only because of hot water problem. Hot water never came, and the guys show attitude when we ask for hot water and we are travelling with kids. Room is good and decent looking for budget customers, AC working nicely, but check for hot water from tap before taking the room.

Manipulative staff, Ac not working. Booked two AC standard rooms from MMT. Called twice to inform about arrival. Still the receptionist gave away booked rooms & asked us to adjust with one non AC rooms, What kind of value for money us this?? One particular helper is very rude and "kamchor".

My personal experience- Worst reception for the guest. Rooms not-allocated to customers and rejecting with out proper reasons even rooms are available. So, please avoid.

Worst lodge, worst staff, professional liar receptionist. Struggled lot by mosquitoes. No mosquitoes coil, no towel provided, bad odour, unclean rooms, untidy bathroom, torture of mosquitoes is ultimate u won't sleep , rather choose to sleep in road or railway station , over charge.
