Shops are closed on Sunday, food court is good, but you'll struggle to find a table. Movie theatre is good

K star Mall is no more mall at all mota the shop is been closed b after pandemic need to renovate & add more shop or brand store like other mall. i think know people are only visiting to watch movies, food court is not good nowadays which they used have back in year 2018,19. Parking place is shorter need to increase more space for parking also need to add play stations or zone for kid ...

Nice mall in Chembur, especially when we went for FUN cinemas the seats were very comfortable and spacious leg space, it's even clean and timely movies are started

This used to be a decent place with good options. Now the maintenance is super bad and there are a lot of closed stores. The theatre and few food court options are the only active things here. The prices of items at food court or the theatre don't justify the experience though.

A ghost mall - Only Pantaloons was open in level 1, no shops opened in level 2, and the food court was open in level 3. The mall condition was also not attractive, which broken/ cracked walls. Fun cinemas was in level 4 - our screen Audi 2 was not clean, with pop corn lying uncleaned in our seats. The snacks were good though. Overall - can visit if tickets are not available in no other malls.

First impression -Shabby mall, Second impression - Extremely poor maintenance, Except for the theatre, food court(kfc bhi hain) and few shops, there's not much in the mall to explore, they're currently undergoing some renovation/repair works, Parking -please don't even ask me the condition, but parking tho hain, entrance mostly black cked by trucks due to metro works, Google/gps might show you back gate , but don't get carried away , the main road entry is just 150 mtrs away

This mall has seen better days in the past. The current situation is pretty bad. Not maintained, rarely any shops. Fun cinemas is the sole reason people visit here. Wouldn't be surprised if someday it closes altogether and something else comes up there like a residential tower etc.
