Very bad respond .. Please avoid such irresponsible officers from there.. Today it is around more than 10times i called to kseb customer service section and no respons I hate this place because of these officers

No good costumer service staff attitude very bad from top positions to down

First of all not bad in my opinion but when it comes to customer service they are poor in four way, most of the time they won't pick up the phone, if they attent the call they never shows up that's totally disappoints me and most others. Today i went to pay my electricity bill and it was utter dissapointing the cashier will take an eternity to type the bill, you guys need to improve a litte more. Thank you.

They keep the landline engage at the time of power supply issues. And feels that they are making fool of consumers. If any responsible person reads this review, please cross check what I said.

Nice office with trained staffs

Small office. One counter. Actually it's better to pay online in these Covid days. It's more safer and more convenient...
