Few OPD doctors are really good. But when I recently visited for my child's delivery,y experience was very poor. Poor service and greedy management. Nurse behaviour in the labour room was extremely bad. They kept arguing when asked for patient status and Keep giving medicine slip which was not administered at all to the patient. Management also knows this and didn't take any action even when informed about the same. Without doctor's information they prepared the patient for OT. Please avoid your child's delivery from there if you can.
This is the most worst hospital in Bokaro steel city, Don't go there with for your loved ones, No proper channel, with less experience management, No emergency unit management, there was a seviour issue occurred My baby was not feeling well after doctor visit of doctor, when I complained it to supporting staff, they tried there best to come skip and not even hear issue, when I asked her name she refused to share, even they were not sharing the director name, for complaints, such a worst support and service ..please never ever visit this hospital

This hospital is fully private but it likes 60% private and 40% government
So from my side don't come here for any type of treatment
Don't go there, the worst hospital in the world. You or your loved one who will be admitted to this hospital will not survive.

ONE OF THE BEST HOSPITAL IN BOKARO & DHANBAD.
THE TREATMENT COST IS ALSO REASONABLE COMPARE TO OTHERS HOSPITAL.
IN EMERGENCY DEPT.
THE BEHAVIOR OF STAFF IN ALSO GOOD AND CARING.
This is one time experience in K M memorial hospital. No doubt service and facilities are almost good but the response from renowned and well versed doctor (will not take name here) is very pathetic I have ever seen. I definitely suggest to all readers not to choose this hospital in your favourite hospital list. Even you guys put it in the last row in your list.
What response I got from the doctor, I even will not mark single star but without marking star I can not post it. Therefore I have to go with one star.
