Hospital with good facilities and experienced doctors;Serves great treatment

Worst Private Hospital. Got banned medicines as prescription for my father in law for a small wound. We were wondering why it is not geting heeled for many months. He was a diabetic patient. I came to know that this medicine is already banned for diabetic patients by IMA while consulting at medical college. Then we changed the medicine & it get it heeled within 1 week. They consider each patient as an instrument just to maximise profit. Very disappointed with these corporate hospitals. We wish, we could consider a second opinion earlier Facilities are very good, consider it like a hotel. Consider only if you are so rich. Very expensive

Good doctor's... Good medical attention... Not approachable for poor patients... Providing Lot of facilities... Should improve the behavior of security person's.. all have walkie talkies and all. But don't have commonsense..

We had the most wonderful experience here. We had our 1st baby delivered here. From the consultation to delivery to post care of mother and baby everything was top notch. Special thanks to Dr. Donna the gynecologist and obstetric who was our consulting doctor who eased us through the process. Points that I appreciate the most: Service- All the nursing staff were very supportive at each point and ensured that any worries we had was adddressed immediately and head of nursing also made it a point to ensure to ask us for any feedback or suggestions for which we had only words of appreciation. There was a fluid smooth transition of duties in each shift which started with prayer which was wonderful to watch. The house keeping staff and support staff such as catering, security, pharmacy also were friendly and ensured that we had a clean room and all amenities were available at all times be it morning or late midnight.

I was consulting Dr. Dona, gynecologist for my first pregnancy here. It was a negative and bad experience ever. - wait time is forever at the OPD, you will have to wait at least 4 hours to see her even though we booked earlier. - the Doctor has too many patients so dhe doesn't even have time to hear your concerns when consulting. - the Doctor didn't even remember me even after visiting her for 4 months. - the Doctor prescribed me the same medications for vomiting again without remembering I was already taking that medicine. - Dr. Dona's OPD nurse staff is extremely rude and purposely would not call my token number. Even in emergency condition when I went. Many more bad experiences here. Would never go back to this hospital.

The hospital has all needed facilities. But long waiting time, no proper system of booking or handling customers according to their consulting time. There is no point in taking a booking time when you are forced to wait an hour after your consultation time due to their own mistakes or problems. Also, the doctors have the habit of prescribing medicines that are not even available in thier pharmacy or anywhere else in 'madya thiruvithamkoor'.

Everything is great except the security staff. Every person who comes into your establishment expects a little care and empathy towards them. Not all patients or bystanders are able to climb the steep front climb. Security is good but it should not be at the expense of the patients.

I visited this Institute twice in last 6 months to consult Cardiologist. Both times the security make me walk up the ramp shown in picture to reach first floor. It was highly tiring for me. Otherwise the services are very good.
