The services provided at this multi-specialty hospital are satisfactory, especially during emergency medical situations. The ICU and MRI services were utilized and we were pleased with the availability of various diagnostic tests. The patient rooms were adequate and the provision of food for patients was appreciated. However, the long wait times for doctor consultations and informing relatives about patient status need improvement. Despite having an appointment, we experienced a wait of over 3 hours before being attended to.
Hospital is very clean and and all the staff members are very good in nature , giving all the possible answer of your inquiry. One of the best hospital in Junagadh. Not to costly, so that even economically weaker people also visit there. Overall experience good, but you have to stand in queue at pharmacy. After that everything is fine.
My mother was admitted on 25 oct , the staff is very polite and supportive. Dr Maulik Sodhatar is very kind and helpful towards his patients, no words for him . Best hospital in the city with supportive staff and all facilities available. Me and my mom are thankful for their services.
The food is good and behaviour of staff is also good,please try to change the strictness of some of security guards.. And also change the basic services like clothes, badsheets etc.... One more thing that one of the doctor has done the mistake in my serious condition and my parents got lot of pressure to taking blood from blood bank in emergency... please give proper devour to this kind of things first....
Only a few can get this much service for free dialysis in KJ hospital and the staff here is also very good Aslam Bhai , Nadim Bhai & Punit Bhai with all this feels like home...
