It's a spacious gym with all the new equipment, the trainers are good and overall a great place to work out.
I want you all to know this guys....its been 4-5 months with kfitness. And evening trainers are very helpfull and supportive but i have some issues related to morning trainer when i tried to lift some weights they laughed at me and when i asked them......they told me that "ki tu full range of motion kyu nhi jaa raha ?" I said "meraa range of motion utnaa hee hai" The trainer said "NHI" Gym suppose to be a safe and happy place not where u can feel negetive and down Dont visit in morning Do visit in evening
