K fitness is an amazing place with all the latest equipment and friendly vibe and trainers are superbly friendly and gym cleanliness and friendly nature nature makes it a perfect spot to achieve any fitness goals

It's a spacious gym with all the new equipment, the trainers are good and overall a great place to work out.

I want you all to know this guys....its been 4-5 months with kfitness. And evening trainers are very helpfull and supportive but i have some issues related to morning trainer when i tried to lift some weights they laughed at me and when i asked them......they told me that "ki tu full range of motion kyu nhi jaa raha ?" I said "meraa range of motion utnaa hee hai" The trainer said "NHI" Gym suppose to be a safe and happy place not where u can feel negetive and down Dont visit in morning Do visit in evening

Love to become a part of k fitness gym.dedicated trainer. Clean and disciplinary..

I have lose 3kg in 2 weeks all because of morning coach naseer my personal trainer

Trainers are very good,always clear our all doubts

GYM is always clean. It has experience + friendly Trainer's Every week their is change / variation in your exercise which is very important, so our body should not get use to particular exercise. Good Motivational Music played to keep you motivated with visuals. Trainer make sure you do the streching every day after your workout.
