My first experience with KD fitness and have not been disappointed! I train here about 4-5 times a week, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. I love that they provide parking validation, water and most importantly the same group of quality trainer is there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It's a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.
I've been a member of 'KD fitness' for some time now, and I have to say, it's been an excellent experience. The standout feature for me is the fantastic trainer. Their expertise and knowledge in fitness are truly impressive. The gym's environment is another big plus. It's a welcoming and friendly space where people of all fitness levels can feel comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to work on their fitness goals with a skilled trainer in a safe and inclusive environment.
Great workout place. It is very spacious and the has all gym equipments in very good condition. The trainer (Joginder Sir) is highly supportive and motivates you to push yourself to get the best results. Gives proper attention to everyone. Will definitely recommend others to join.
This gym is incredible. Fantastic surroundings, excellent equipment, and an amazing facility. Excellent service, a welcoming staff, and a spotlessly clean, cozy gym that is perfect for training for everyone from beginners to trained athletes.
Environment of the gym is very good and peaceful. Joginder bhaiya guides everyone properly and put his best efforts in aerobics class to encourage everyone to do best to their limits.
Highly recommend.very clean and positive environment. and very effective classes of aerobics/zumba are available.i m very happy and satisfied..my son 14years also joined this gym and very well explained all workout plans by JOGINDER SIR .(the ownwer ).

WORST GYM IN NOIDA . DO NOT JOIN I am the most seasoned person in this gym who is working out from the very first day when the gym was opened . I am in touch with Mr. Joginder fentmar since 7 years and he was working as a trainer in a gym before he owned this gym . He is not at all a professional personal and doesn't event know a B about body building and fitness . Doesn't care anyone doing the exercise right or wrong and most importantly he is more into female clients Don't maintain his gym at all , all his equipments are local and all the dumbles have been ripped apart in just one freaking year . Mr. Joginder fentmar ( owner and so called trainer ) is the worst personality I have ever been with . And he is very much obsessed with his timings . If a person is coming at a slot of 9-10pm , he might leave at 10:05 or 10:10 , but this man humiliated me and my other friends for this 5 minutes He doesn't give any remuneration to the helpers he appoints and blame us when they leave his rubbish gym . Worstest experience with kd fitness (so called gym ) , believe me don't ever think to join this gym .
