I request the people of Ranchi as well as other places this hospital is pathetic.if you care about your family request you to not visit here.hospital staff specially nurses are not well trained.beaviour of nurses are condemned. And the best part of this hospital is when you get ready for discharge.security staff & cleaning staff also nurse requested for money i;e(bakshish). So be careful and take care of your family.

Hospital is good but staff member are charging extra fee. Reception counter are charged 8 times of actual fee and nurses are also charging extra fee for giving injection on her own demand. Very bad Me hospital ke head person se request karta hu iss matter pe action liya jaye. Doctor behaviour was good and he was coperative also.

Poor management, untrained staffs they don't understand that patients are suffering or people visit doctors by taking out time from their routine, rickshawalas are much better than staffs working here , other hospitals of ranchi are much better than this particular one

Dr. Anupam Singh was unable to identify the heart condition, and worse thing, he had stopped the essential medicine prescribed by a physician in Giridih. I took my mum to another doctor on time or I could have lost her. They are really blank to identify the diseases and eventually perform unnecessary checkups. Let me share my experience in more details: My mother's heart was beating between 40 and 45 beats per minute, and a doctor in Giridih prescribed medicine and referred for a cardiologist but after taking medicine her beat was ok. We took her to Dr. Anupam Kumar Singh at KC Roy Memorial Hospital, and after a thorough diagnosis(Echo, ECG, Lab testing..), he said that there were no cardio problems. He then referred her to a pulmonologist, who concurred that there were minor lung infection and prescribed medicines. After 15 -20 days again her heart beat rate was 40-45, then we took her to other Cardiologist and he said her Heart electric function is not working properly, so need to go for pace maker implantation. He said the medicine given by Giridih Physician was good and should have been not stopped. @ Dr Anupam, Please, instead of messing with people's lives, correctly diagnose and find the root cause of diseases.

Ok so its my humble request to the people of Ranchi . do not bring any of your relative or patient in this hospital. On a serious note if there is any possibilty of your patient to save his/her life , you will come to end those chances as well. So mark my word do not visit this hospital at any cost

Very good treatments Dr.Anupam Kumar Singh is a very good doctor, I have not seen such a doctor in my life, the method of treatment is very good

Worst experience ever, poor diagnosis by Dr. Sahu and giving wrong medicine which causes side effects and create more problems for the patient who is already suffering. And the medicine counter may charge you extra money if you don't calculate it yourself.
