K.C. Multispeciality Hospital - Hospital in Avadi - Thiruvallur, India

Please do not go to this hospital even for a general check up.Worst service in a hospital I have ever seen. My father was admitted for a surgery at 11:00 am. He was given room only at 8:00 pm. That asked me to wait for 9 hours. When we asked for the surgery cost it was said 25000 including all charges. But the final billing looked shocking. It was almost 3 times what they said. It was not a critical surgery also.

Medical care is good but need to improve on insurance,Hospital management and nursing care in ward. Hospital is always with patient because of good management and caring care by Dr. Sathish babu who is also the director. The medical doctors are also in par helpful . Of course a good grade can be given for this. Issues with nursing are:- If patient in ward,I/O chart monitoring,IVD start ending calculation, antibiotics and rest of the things should be monitored by them. For insurance patient,once the insurance checked working fine, medication can be dispensing directly to AT LEAST TO EMERGENCY AND ICU. Attenders tasking is very challenging as we can't even have time to nap for few mins. Combined care is and agreed function between patient family and hospital but it should not turned out to be a burden. As for insurance management,the process should be made smooth. The approval will only come if submission of application form hospital goes timely. I do understand weekend it's not possible but things are happening even on weekdays. Please improveon management.

The most money minded hospital I have seen in recent times. Earlier KC used to be service oriented and excellent treatment at affordable cost. But money has become everything here. No proper response. No proper treatment. Only thing is money money money. Even the doctor Mr Sathish Babu has become very arrogant. Just because there is no proper nursing home or hospital nearby avadi these guys are looting money like anything

Only preferring hospital is KC , yes the amount will be high for the treatment but you will be qure if you have a possibility, I had a allergy problem from childhood I went different places doctors that's not treated properly I struggled with that for more that 4 yrs once I met dr. Sathish babu I have been treated will in one month yet I didn't get that problem & for my wheezing problem also being treated by him

Worst Hospital.. Staff nurse are the worst.. Don't even respond to any of our questions.. Receptionist people don't know anything about the doctor's arrival time.. They just call people and make them wait for 6 to 7 hours even before the doctor arrives to show that they are busy with lots of patients.. Pharmacy people are dead slow.. Even for billing one tablet they will take 20 minutes..They all work like tortoises... Management at the worst doesn't even care how the staff are behaving to the public.. Just money suckers..

Money minded people... Dont ever go to this hospital worst service... If 0 star was there I would have given that... Management is totally rude people.. Don't care for patients there intentions is only money... In charge lady behaviour is too worst... Nurses even think like the same.

It was first a normal hospital but now it has become a multi speciality hospital. The doctor fee was low at the beginning but it has reached new heights and also they have become money minded. If you go for one sickness they will show all other sickness. The doctors don't follow the proper timing. Need to wait a lot. And the pharmacy is expanded inside but need to wait a lot because there is two counters where in and out patients both buy at a same time.

Hospital Facilities, Doctors, Medical Staffs, Housekeeping Staffs are very good and much appreciable. But, very poor reception personnel - always behave with esscentric behaviour
