Very horrible owner, argues with you if you ask for change or ask to see what he is keeping in bag. Better go somewhere where you can buy without being pressurised and spoken rude too

One of the most worst place in ernakulam. Excellency in poor customer care.. They wont take back anything even if we want to exchange.. Irrespective of the price range. no idea on their purpose in business just because they ddnt take back a 1k rs product they lost 5k business from me which gonna happen in couple of days. And many more gonna come in future.. Poor and very bad behaviours by staff.. Please do not go there.. You have many other shops to visit. Which provide goos customer satisfaction.. I would give zero rating

Good customer service and variety of collection.

My shop stop for all onams. Getting traditional affordable kerala clothings for men and women in the family. Lasting too. Parking is congested but yeah I think there's a pay and park at walkable distance. I buy curains and bedsheets too. It's affordable and ok quality. U know like home use. Good range of blouse price and fabrics too. But they are never friendly. I'm dissapointed that you know u keep showing from same place for 6 years but they still give no rebate or discount. Anyways their choice. But my rating . Ill reduce one star for that.
