The amount of money they charge, services are not upto the mark. They will just deliver the baby and that's it. But, the money charged should actually cover support from physiotherapist and lactation consultant too, while the patient is admitted, to help them in breastfeeding and recovery better. Money paid is not justified. Staff behaviour is pathetic - they are rude and greedy. Also, after delivery the staff will be after you for money. People who have no idea of other hospitals or hospitals that charge similar fee but provide better services will give good review. People who are aware of the market will never give them good review. Overall not very satisfied with the experience.

Accounting staff should be more polite & co-operative with no smile on anyone's face. 8 out of 10 cases are C-section. The doctor creates an unwanted pressure. The facility is well equipped. Also, no pressure on medication from outside. The nursing staff is friendly. 83% cases in India are normal delivery wherein Jyoti Punj has 80% C-section which clearly states their mindset.

Doctors are good. Management staffs and nurse are very poor and unprofessional in behaviour. Don't go for cashless here at this hospital they will make you run like anything. Cashless counter guy will waste your time and will review what doctor has prescribed every time. After wasting precious time at cashless counter and his approval you have to proceed to pharmacy rest you have to pay your self for medicine. Nurses and staffs are always looking for tips and asking for same. Parking facility is very poor. Half of the walkeay is always crowded with doctor personnel security guards.

Worst hospital I have ever been to. The only intention is to loot the customer as much as they can. It's a normal practice to discharge the patient who has delivered the baby through C section at least after 3 days. BUT, in this hospital, the only motive is to operate and discharge the next day. The doctor has no time for patients. They don't even give 1 min to a patient. She is always in a hurry. Even the patient who has consulted by the doctor to get admitted is charged consultation fee on the date of admission to the hospital. They don't have a parking facility, and for collecting parking in Their own premises, they charge 100 rs. If you are unwilling to pay, they misbehave. It won't be a surprise when they charge for sitting in the hospital, lift charges, water charges, electricity bill , Diaper changing bill. They are looters, and for that, they hired goons.

Hospitals are many in patna ...doctors are also very good...Jyotipunj hospital was known for infrastructure and hygiene ....but very poor management of staff and their behaviour is ridiculous....They are literally looting the persons who are having medical claim....I got deluxe room in 5th floor...and it was so small as compared to other deluxe rooms for medical claim....and upon asking why they have not allocated the other deluxe room of having bigger size of the same amount....which was empty when we were admitted....they were speechless and kept saying ask to other departments this is not our job....it is hard to find right things in hospital...everybody keep saying same words....that this is not our job....go and ask to other team.... Harassment is at peak for me....and this hospital is levying parking charges in their own premises...for the people who are admitted...and charges are for full day car parking....100 rupees and for two wheeler it is 25 rupees....it means normally during pregnancy 3-4 days a normal woman is admitted....it means you have to pay additional 400 rupees for same.

One of the worst hospital that I have came across till date...After Dr Anita Singh has left the Hospital This hospital has gone worst. Long Que and Other Dr( Dr S.S) don't give you the time Everyone is in a hurry. Every one in the hospital is too busy. They are into Business now only. The Hospital has degraded. And I know mera ye review shayad turant hata bhi Diya jaega. I suggest general public look for other option.

Got my wife's C-SECTION done here. They try to extort money in room rent. Don't get fooled ask everything clearly before admitting the patient. Any room they will say it is super deluxe and what not...pay extra 2000 it is not covered in insurance. Make it clear with your insurer what they are charging is it correct? They charged around 20K extra for operation which was clearly mentioned not to collect. After long followup of 6 months insurer forced them to credit the amount to me. They are bunch of white collar racketeer, bad behaviour, poor management specially for money matters. Only hygeine and doctor is good. The reviews you see 5 rating is all fake.
