Very bed service Staf not sufficient Spcl dr Rahul Nursing staff is not educated and not good cumulated also after TPA billed approved staff does not cop-rate and service also not good

Dr. JP Maheswari is excellent person in his field, but but the Jyoti Hospital being so well equipped it does not has any Helpline or Enquiry number. They have just given doctors number instead of any landline and you know the doctors don't pick up the call when you need . Otherwise there is no issue with the hospital.

We have came to this hospital for the Treatment of stone (pathri)for my brother. They have admitted him and done the operation and since after operation my brother got severe breathing problem, due to their improper treatment my brother's lungs got filled with water and he is not able to breathe. Hospitals every doctor checked him but not able to remove water from his lungs by following there all processes. In the end they put my brother on a ventilator and say please take him to some other good hospital for treatment during midnight. They have used several injections and pipes to remove water and my brother was screaming like an animal during this process. I have never seen such unprofessional, inexperienced doctors, Very pathetic service from hospital. Recommending you for god sake not to treat here if you love your family members and yourself.

Worst experience..took my mother who was 80 years old ..no one to provide even wheelchair inside ...toilet was stinking ...worse off they told to do sonography for my mother ..we paid 1600 rs ....after that they told that u have to go to another place for sonography....pathetic how can u charge for that service which u don't have....worst rude staff ever seen...I will recommend not to visit this place

Such a wrost experience so rude behaviour of ICU female gaurd They such a manner less They don't know how to talk with a person or reletive of patient. But hospital is best of ever . Doctor are very nyc .
