I have recently admitted my father at Jyoti Hospital. The hospitality of the hospital and the behaviour of doctors and nursing staff are found mesmerizing whereas the inner medicine store policy was found quite ocward. Also one the medicine store staff behaviour is annoying. As per the picture, after discharge they denied to took medicine as that is not covered under their policies to took back. I think if someone is buying the medicine from your interal store then this should your priority to take return those rest medicines after discharge of patients which is no more use to the patient. After I have requested the store staff argument with me, that they don't have the policy to take medicine return and also written on the bill. It's my honour request to the management of Jyoti Hospital that please revise your medicine store policy for which the poor people should benifits atleast some amount from the returns unused medicine after discharge. Please remember "every rupee is counting & important".

This Place is Good and arranged. A nice experience can be created after visiting the place. They usually arrange for morning prayers for Jesus Christ before starting the day's work. A Famous Gastroenterologist K Patra Used to offer consultation to the patients here. So, if you are planning to consult the aforementioned doctor, be sure to be fast after reaching this place. A Slight delay in your walk-in speed can make you wait for longer. A nice place overall. A Good centre for consultation. Yeah, being private, a little bit money minded.

I found the hospital quite disappointing. Guardians are not shown any kinds of reports or when asked about what treatment is been given to the patient they don't even reply... they don't even tell u the temperature or bp readings when asked....the nurses are not at all well experienced. They are clueless .One more disappointment is that the Doctor doesn't meet the guardians of the patient who is admitted. They don't allow to personally meet the doctor for any kind of discussion or references. And if u discharge ur patient at your own request then all those medications that the patient was going through will be taken away, not any one medicine will be prescribed. This the way they treat. Atleast let the guardians meet the doctor personally and discuss for the betterment of their patients.

Don't ever go to this hospital. They are basically run by criminals. There is no authority to monitor their arrangements though they charge huge amount, which is around 25-30 thousands per day and give unnecessary wrong treatments. Level of cleanliness is disaster. I have recently experienced all above in their so called ICU. Overall, it's a disaster in the name of hospital.

One of the oldest Pvt. Hospital in Balasore City. Good infrastructure.Very few critical diseases are treated. Nice doctors. Good for emergency medication.
