Excellent Jyothis sky one of the new hospital which was started in kannur dharmasala Very clean hospital with good and experienced staffs and reasonable rate I had went with my father who.was suffering from shivering during night they have 24 hrs emergency services and many more and its near to natioanl highway and they have very huge parking area Highly recommended

Nicely built surrounding paddy fields, and have ample parking space. improve: - narrow approach is a concern, and if a car on the way, you are stuck. - OP timing starts at 10am, could have been somewhere 8/9am. - Pharmacy has more alternate than what is prescribed. nice ones: + liked hospitality + cleanliness + doctor and staff. Overall, happy with the visit and deal, with free consultation for the week.

Wont recommend!!Went to consult the ENT at this hospital for my ward who was having throat and ear infection accompanied by fever chills coming and going for 4 to 5 days. Already explained doctor the symptoms are there for past 5 days .The ENT didn't even check the ears with an otoscope and neither recommended any blood or urine test to check the severity of infection. Instead she was focusing on her interest of some facial structure and cosmetic surgeries and all which she presented as her line of observations and gave some unnecessary presentations. Further told to take full scan of CBCT airway from a lab called Kannur CBCT Centre .After taking the prescribed medicine for 5 days the conditions got even worse and the child was rushed to another pediatrician. I have 2 questions to the management: 1) How come the doctor failed to diagnose the root cause of the ear and throat infection when there were clear symptoms and there were enough explanation on the condition of the child. 2) Why the doctor is sitting with a slip of Kannur CBCT Centre and writing for a full CBCT airway scan when the child was taken to her for infection related issues and left that unattended with much easier alternative ways existing. More investigation required from the management side to verify whether this ENT doctor has personal interest to do the test in this lab and perform her so called therapy /cosmetic surgery to improve facial structure as she indicated in between her presentation that husband is specialized in these field and whether the treatment is based on personal interest and not from disease POV !!!

The worst hospital experience. Their doctors and nurses are inexperienced. Most of their nurses are just finished their course and joined there for initial experience. Management treat them as slaves and pay them minimal. Night shift staffs working 15hrs and you imagine their efficiency working those many hours. Don't be fooled by the good reviews in google. It is all done by management's people. Doctors prescribe unnecessary medicines to run their pharmacy. My son had 12 medicines to consume after he got treated for flu. Scary. Staffs are friendly and place is neat(thanks to the cleaning ladies). Adding as Owner replied. My reply as follows. Thank you for your research which took 10 hours. Yes my kid was sick and as a common man sorry I do not know the medical terms for flu. He had temperature and chest infection. Your inexperienced night shift nurses needled my 3 year old son several times (both hands and both legs) and still failed to find the spot. Not because he was weak, but they had no idea what they doing or how to handle the kid. Your pediatrician was so rude to my kid during the room visit. She must learn how to deal with a 3 year old kid. She even refused to give us discharge saying, buy these prescribed medicine first only then the discharge. The attitude was so wrong. Yea, your nurses did not know how to do nebulization properly, later I had to do it myself. I wouldn't blame the staffs as it is not their fault that they are inexperienced, but the management wont pay for experienced nurses . I was disheartened as a father not you. You called my review fake, prove it the below things then. why are you not talking about your night shift staff's working hours? Aren't they working 15hours? from 6pm to 9am in the morning? How many certified pharmacist you have in your pharmacy? Is the management treating their staffs fairly? what happened to your previous staffs who left the hospital? Just because common people don't do google reviews you are getting away with high review points (reviews done by your people) and when I do a honest review you call it fake???? I really feel sad for the staff who is handling this review portal on behalf of the owner.

As a patient, I had the lovely experience and i have gone to many hospitals and i never had this much courage for an sergery those doctors and nurses and other staffs gave me the power to overcome those fears . After all, this was the best hospital i ever came. Thank you jyothi sky hospital Love you...

Good ambience and timely Care . Good doctors and reasonable price . Good to have a full fledged hospital at Bakkalam to avoid rush of Kannur and Taliparamba. We have a pleasant experience. Best wishes
