The facility is good, but the optical shop staff act like government employees. It is strange that prescriptions are given directly to the optical shop instead of the patient. When we don't plan to buy glasses from them, they exhibit a very bad attitude and are very reluctant to provide the prescription. The security outside also behaves like government staff. Overall, some of the staff in this hospital need better training. I strongly suggest that patients demand their prescriptions and purchase glasses outside to discourage this negative behavior.

Previously my experinace was good with this hospital but now Jyothis eyecare experience was bad for me. Dr are not having professional ethics here. They recommended using contact lens for treating eye infection which Caused more problems and increased the eye infection. Even after visiting after the infection became severe they still put the contact lens and didnt give proper medicines. I visited another eye hospital and they mmediately took out the lens and asked why this was done as contact lens will not help treating infection in cornea and gave proper medicines. I didn't expect this kind of unprofessional treatment from this hospital. Looks like business minded people who work in this hospital.

Really very good experience. Very busy hospital with lots of patients. From the security staff to the senior most Doctors, all of them were polite, pleasing and very co operative. The examination and diagnosis it was amazing and helpful. I really recommend Jyothis eye to all for your eye ailments.

I was recommended Jyothis by a very senior eye surgeon from the UK. However, having read a few reviews on service and management issues here, with a lot of apprehension I decided to go meet Dr Jayson. On meeting the doctor, I was amazed by the depth of knowledge and experience he had on the subject, that I was surprised why it took only couple of hours wait time to meet this doctor. In general the hospital is strategically located on the highway, with plenty of parking space in the front and adjacent property. The hospital has a rather small optical shop, but with a good choice of frames. The staff there also seemed to be very helpful picking up the right frames for my mother. Overall I found the staff very professional and the place was indeed very clean. It has been a few days since the surgery, and seeing my mother happy with a clear vision puts a smile on everyone's face at home. Thank you, Dr. Jayson for the brilliant work you have done. Summary: Good doctors will be busy and waiting/appointment time can range from hours to weeks. If it is top class medical treatment you are looking for, then dont waste time procrastinating. Just go for it, I would highly recommend this place.

I did my icl treatment from this hospital and I am very thankful as my vision became very clear. It is way better than I thought it would be. The nurse and my doctor Mr.Jaison treated me with utmost care and made me feel really comfortable throughout the surgery and after as well. I highly recommend this hospital. :)

I had my cataract surgery done at Jyothis eye care hospital, Kannur by Dr. Jaison in June 2023.This hospital is well equipped with medern diagnostic tools. Very good infrastructure and experienced staff. Everything is systematic and without any troubles. You will be properly guided for each investigations by the staff. I could go home after surgery within 3 hrs of entering the hospital. I rate this hospital with 5 stars
