I wonder how this matrimony website is still sustaining. I have never seen quality in services. Need more exposure to tackle with clients. Never understood requirements and got a suitable match. Same profiles repeatedly seen on other websites. Limited profiles not more than 50. Same Profiles have been there for months. I suggest other visitors to see the sample profiles first on the website and be clear then make payment. End of the day quality of service and results matter.

This is fraud matrimony ... They collect 25k no proper response. They have no appropriate matches. After the payment no one will be responding to you. Some receptionists will answer and say Jyothi is not available. This is jus wasting your own money and energy for life time
No 1 fakester.Dont believe Jyothi at all.I paid 25k and made my cousin pay 10k.They share fancy profiles and show off.Later say that they haven't liked our profile.She said she would fix marriage in 2 months and made us do spot payment.She has also given her personal number.She never picked up the phone. recently I got to know that they are sending my profile and asking other party to pay 50k to fix the match.Being a Brahmin,I wonder how could she cheat Brahmins. I wish I would have read the reviews before going to their office.
Customer care executives are really rude while they are speaking,if they are irresponsible like this even before taking the membership , How can we expect them to give response to us after taking the membership. Their executives needs to learn how to speak with customers first. It seems like they themselves doesn't know about the interface of Jyothi Matrimony. Even if we ask any queries about this matrimony interface issues instead of answering it they will directly ask us to take the membership, then everything gets resolved.
