Impressive hospitality! Had to take a break for the night during a road trip. Checked in at 8:30pm and checked out by 9am, but the staff left a very lasting impression on us due to the warm hospitality. Clean rooms, great space management. Decent dinner buffet spread, good breakfast spread. Awesome staff to look after you.

A perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The hotel is an experience in itself. The rooms are lavish, the restaurant is amazing and the staff is friendly and polite. I'll surely visit once again.

Beautiful hotel. Had a fabulous experience there. The rooms were big and the campus was so beautiful. A refreshing view of the pool and outside the lobby. Breakfast was so good, with variety of options. The staff was humble and so helpful. Every single time they greet you with a smile.

Was here on a pit stop and had an amazing experience. Although it was a redemption booking, I was upgraded to an Executive suite making this my best stay in a Marriott property. Staff were super courteous and the chef was very accommodating to my mom's dietary restrictions. This will be my favorite place to stay in Namma Bengaluru

Had been here to attend a Corporate full day event. Food served during lunch was average - had higher expectations from a JW series of hotels. Coffee served was below average. We had to request the authorities to even switch on the light in the room where lunch was being served. Was hoping for much better from JW. Ofcourse the setup is beautiful and all... but a lot of scope for improvement

My recent stay at a hotel and spa was absolutely amazing. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated and had a calming ambiance that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were soft and plush, which made for a restful night's sleep. The room also had a beautiful view of the surrounding area, which was an added bonus to an already fantastic stay. The hotel spa was truly exceptional. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was serene and tranquil. I enjoyed a variety of spa treatments, including a massage, facial, and body wrap. The treatments were expertly executed and left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The hotel restaurant was also a highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, which made for an enjoyable dining experience. Overall, my stay at this hotel and spa was flawless. The quality of service, amenities, and food were exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating stay. Isn't Hospitality the most important thing in a 5-star hotel? I stayed for 7 days. ----------------------------------------------- I stayed here for one week in July 2023, and here is what happened to me. Usually, Marriott service is quite good, and so was the case in Bangalore too, when I stayed in December 2022. I feel things have changed quite a bit since last year. Here is what's changed in my opinion. Food: I am a vegetarian, in the dinner buffet, there were very little food for pure vegetarians. Your only real options are fruits, some basic vegetarian's food, with okay quality. I must say the breakfast is quite good, but the dinner and lunch options are quite disappointing, I would recommend trying / ordering foods from nearby nice restaurants. Business center: The facilities in the business center (printing for example) does not work most time. I tried twice during my stay, and still could not print out things. It can be quite frustrating when you are in a hurry and cannot get these simple things done, and have to do multiple to and fro calls. Especially, you would not expect this when you are paying 3-5 times price for equally good places at the similar location. Room cleaning: I had to ask for room cleaning every time. This is certainly expected in any hotel. I really don't know what to say here. Staff: Most of the staff are nice, but some can be quite rude, which is quite off-putting sometimes. Overall, I am not saying that it is a bad choice, but the major reason you would pay so much in Bangalore is for the hospitality; see Fairfield Marriott for example with one third the cost (17k vs - 5.8K). But, I felt the hospitality was missing on many occasions during my stay. I really hope that they recover from this :). I really liked the hotel last time, but maybe from next time onwards I will think twice, or give other nearby equally good hotels a try.
