The location Is in the city only. But horrible experience due to non availability of water. AC also not working in few rooms. They can improve their service
Located just center of the hindupur. The hotel is clean and provides you great hospitality. The hotel owner is very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The staff were very helpful The hotel provides you almost every facilities from good rooms to good food. Food not available in hotel but they provide from outer . Beautiful large bathroom Very comfortable bed Comfortable room . This hotel is a crazy value/price booking. I will recommend this hotel to every couple and families., Thank you
Affordable price with big Rooms, but it an old hotel and maintenance is poor. Electrical sockets need to be change.
Rooms pretty good, i didn't expect facilities for Hindupur. Anybody wants stay back Hindupur this will be perfect one. I have stayed there for one night and I didn't find any problem with this. Hotel boys also helpful and polite.
Not a best quality rooms.. but this hotel seems to be only hotel with AC accommodation.. better get it booked through a local man else you may pay more than normal.. better find your own places to eat.. (no restaurant within) what room service boys get for you from outside we cannot put in mouth.. though reception responses and room service boys services are prompt.
Worst worst worst.. Bathrooms are the dirtiest.. Room is the shabbiest atleast they don't sweep.. Bed is very very dirty.. Hair is all over bed they did not even change bedsheet.. Dint even get hot water to bath.. It's dirty all over the room where ever you touch
Not up to the same. The bathroom doors don't have hinges to lock from inside. There is no provision for hanging towel Rod. The bathroom accessories stand is completely rusted, it seems there are no bothered. Very bad experience
Actually for Hindupur standards it's over priced and maintenance is very poor. We came here for the stay for one week on a work here in Hindupur, and stayed in Suite room , but for space it goes to the name , but look and maintenance was below the levels . Ac is too bad , I think filters are not cleaned properly , condition from the AC is bad. Coming to all the above service was totally before the levels , they are not at all good. We have to call them everytime for the services that they usually should carry , and after calling also the response is of full negligence. In that some(room boys and service people) will see us in a way that we are staying here free . With all this I would not recommend this, any way we have to adjust as the works of Palla residency ( other residency hotel in hindupur ) is still going on , we have no option other than this. Worst lodge ever experienced.. doesn't worth at least 1/3th of its price. I'm sure one who gets here never visits again because of service & many other things. Can't give less than this that's why giving 1 but in my opinion I would give even lesser than that
We arrived very late in the day and tired. We were warmly welcomed into a very clean and tidy establishment. Rooms are tidy and clean. The location is very close to food shops and facilities. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Price Worthy with all good facilities and well maintained. Owner is very polite and down to earth. Owner will present at the hotel all the time to maintain properly. CONS- They will continually ask advance rudely and won't wait for one day also.
