The AC was not very efficient. I reckon there is Parking issues as well. The dining hall arrangement is quite ordinary.

It is suitable for only 100 peoples. More than that it is not recommended. Because the party and dining hall structured in lengthy way. No proper parking area available here. Better to visit by bike instead of car. Otherwise ok.
Good for low budget planning... Simply good has 2 floors. 1st floor is pretty good. AC room, neatly maintained. Comfortable accommodate for minimum 80 people at a time. There is no kitchen. Need self arrangements. Compact & affordable place and price.
