Offcourse you call it fake because you can't accept that you were extremely unprofessional , rude and obnoxious . You had an attitude from the very start . Start introducing yourself if you want people to know your name . No body will just assume or rather teach your reception staff to inform everyone who makes a call and enquire about services . I was extremely polite and just wanted to speak with you so that I can make an informed decision . I was scared as my skin is breaking out and wanted to discuss with you as I can't visit Gorakhpur until my very function day . I never wanted to heal my skin via makeup that's a very stupid remark clearly shows your lack of knowledge . You mentioned I don't know my skin condition yet I wanted to heal my acne . Your colleague called me this morning and I requested to speak with you for reassurance as from a last many days she kept saying no no she doesn't talk or busy and you can just book by choosing the make up packages . God literally saved me from meeting a horrible & unprofessional person . Learn some customer service and politeness and also how to make comfortable your prospective client . Shame on you for calling it fake .

I am from moradabad I wanted to book my reception make up from juvena herbal clinic in gorakhpur as I am not from gorakhpur I wanted to be sure and want to talk to their senior who will going to do the make up The staff who guided me about the make up didn't told me that her senior name is not juvena but some medha is there ...and finally when I talked to her ...she was very rude I don't noe that is this the way to convience your client to come to their when they are enquiring about them from so far ....you might have a big name but I think people should have decency to talk to the people .... especially your client when they trusting you for the makeup regarding their skin and their big day makeup Very rude madam medha
