We stayed here for two days in deluxe room. We had a very comfortable and cozy stay. Rooms were neat and clean with normal amenities. Food was super delicious as it was made in our house. Every staff was so polite and ready to help which made our stay more memorable. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Terrible experience with the hotel. Pros: Location and only location, which is net to the highway and almost all the hotels are next to the highway itself. Cons: Starting from the buffet lunch, most of the items were finished while we reached for lunch. When asked, the restaurant incharge was treating us like we are there to steal his own food. Rooms were unclean, no wardrobes. Fully stained pillows without any cover. When requested, they reluctantly sent the covers. Bathrooms were very dirty, windows were looking like under construction with cement is visible outside. Lift was not working due to frequent power fluctuations. When complained about all these items, font office kept quiet and not even ready to apologize. Ac fitted in our room was minimum 10yrs old with remote hardly working. Food quality is average, Staff behaviour is rude

This is a pretty neat place on the outskirts of Rameshwaram with ample parking for cars. You can easily get public transport (Auto) from here to the main destinations within Rameshwaram at reasonable prices (Rs100 per trip). The hotel is neat, staff are courteous and helpful. The food is delicious. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The Internet connectivity was actually fast and useful; not the typical token WiFi that you usually find at hotels. The TV on the contrary had only Tamil channels, and nothing really worth watching for non-Tamil guests. We did find some of the bathroom fittings being problematic, and one of the bathroom had broken tiles near the windows exposing the civil work underneath. And, one of the towels they had provided turned out to be dirty -- we ended up making do with just the other towel. One of the biggest issues we had was when we noticed a few cockroaches in the dining area which was a big let down. Considering the tropical climate, I am assuming these pesky bugs are hard to get rid of. But having them crawling around in the dining area isn't a good sign.

Nice hotel and Value for Money.The team led by Mr. Jeyakumar Associate VP has been taking care of each customers very well. Offered a decent breakfast and would certainly recommend this hotel.

The place is easy to find on highway next to a petrol bunk . Comparatively a new property but the rooms require thorough cleaning and maintenance ,specifically the carpets . The room is small ,has no wardrobe but still there is small sitting place made attached to the wall . Bathroom sliding doors were jammed. AC was leaking water and didn't work so we had to keep bucket under it . We were offered to change the room but in 5 rooms booked for our group 3 of the AC were not functioning well . Food service inside room is not available. On property restaurant was good enough and reasonable. Quantity of food should be a little more . The staff always had the smile on their face and were ready to help and guide . Actual getting things like water delivered to room needed few reminders . Terrace was available to dry clothes .

Rooms Are good but little small as we expected. Little more maintenance is needed. Service is very good. Staff behavior is very polite. The best part is food. They serve the same taste of food as we eat in North area. Located near temple Recommended

Good experiences ,good ambiance with worth facilities the food was awesome and the chef made some nice home made pickles which he served in the table. The staff was very helpful from the check in to check out. One of the reception staff is especially helped to get the easy darshan at the holy temple. We recommend in our society about justa Thanks and Regard's RRN

It was an ok ok experience at Justa Sarang. The checkin process was smooth Rooms were decent. Walls had wet patches at places. The A/C was very old or faulty and made too much noise even at low speed. Even though the restaurant menu is vivid, the items available are very limited and almost specific for lunch and dinner. Parking is available for around 12-15 cars Location is on the main road and just after the municipality tourist fee collection checkpoint
