Not as expected. Will get much better option in price paid for. Not good experience from reception to checkout. Rooms and washroom need immediate renovation.
Staff is trying to make you comfortable appreciate there efforts. But hotel management need to think about it. Food menu need extreme revolution with current time. Overall Not recommended at all.

We went to Justa Sajjangarh for a vacation. As soon as we reached the hotel, we were greeted with welcome drink and a great view of the sajjangarh palace The view from the room was awesome! We could see the Aravallis and at the top, we could see the rain palace of Sajjangarh, It felt like never leaving the alcove, admiring the beauty of the place. We went from the En-suite room to the restaurant 'Sabor' and saw a great variety of gourmet food. The food was mouthwatering.
We went to celebrate my sister's birthday on that day. After my sister cut the cake we heard that karaoke singers were singing for my sister's birthday which gave us a personalized experience! The staff there were very helpful and kind and made us feel very comfortable, everything was managed efficiently The hotel had a pool table, swimming pool, and table tennis board for leisure time with the family.
Overall it was a great experience, getting to know Mr Amit the General Manager who helped us a lot to cherish the place. The property was amazing with a lot of natural beauty and open spaces. The food was great, the art and the paintings in the hotel had a greater meaning.It's an awesome place and it's worth visiting once again because it made us cherish and enjoy the place and made everlasting memories

There was construction ongoing and no staff nearby to hand over towels and stuff.

We had a wonderful stay here ! The location is picturesque overlooking the Sajjangarh Fort and greenery around. The service was very warm and personal . Gluten free options at the restaurant were happily provided .The rooms and bathrooms are truly spacious with all modern amenities, and artwork on the walls were well appreciated by me and my friends. The management went out of their way to help us, & organise a great tour around as well as out of Udaipur ! Wish the entire hotel team great success in the days to come..

I was there on my birthday and felt that there could be no better way to spend the day. Cake-cutting was organised, there was live-music and the room too was decorated beautifully making us feel like an extended family.
We enjoyed a wonderful view of the Sajjangarh fort. It was delightful to sit outside in the restaurant area, enjoying our meal while gazing at the beautifully illuminated fort under the night sky.
Everything about this hotel was great. The staff was friendly and polite , they made everything available at a moments notice.
The food was simply delicious. I especially loved the bakery items like the cookies and the brownies. There was also a large variety of non veg food that we enjoyed.
Mr. Amit had arranged the suite room for us. It was very spacious, with a view of the sajjangarh fort. It also had a jacuzzi bathtub which added to its charm.
The overall experience was very joyful and relaxing. Thanks once again to Mr. Amit for being a wonderful host.
