Very nice place to stay in medium budget. Place was very neat and service also very good. Restaurant also available. Taste very nice. We have stayed for two days and entire service was awesome. No complaints at all. They are very patience and supported very much. I think parking night be difficult but pls check before If u r going in own car

We were so looking forward to stay at this hotel. We'd booked a room on 30th Sep through MMT for a 'Non-refundable status' as we were very certain about the plan a week before. Unfortunately, the Kauvery Bandh & the tension between the states could not make our Holiday happen in Karnataka (Chikkamagalur on 26th - To Mysore - To Bengaluru on 30th). The bandh was declared just one day before due to which we called up the hotel to help us cancel or reschedule our booking. The Manager mentioned that the bandh is applicable only on 26th due to which he can't refund for the booking that is made on 30th Sep. I did inform him that there's another bandh on 29th Sep which he denied without doing a fact check. Since we were traveling by road for 4 days, we requested him to consider the request of either refunding or help us reschedule our booking. But, the Manager Melvin was just so stubborn & non-courteous. Instead of empathizing, he recommended to somehow make it on 30th Sep as he can't do anything about it. Since, I was a prominent Hospitality professional, I do know that such unforeseen circumstances do arrive & it's upto the hotel how well they handle it to retain customers. We were bluntly denied & due to this, we could not stay at this hotel. However, I do not regret about it. It's fine that we lost our money but the hotel also lost a valuable customer. I often visit Blr. Thought that I found a right hotel to stay all the time in Blr as it is at the centre of the city & I really loved the pics. But, this behavior is not appreciated & I would not like to stay at this hotel. Also, I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel as their Management is quite arrogant & not worth to experience further hospitality at the hotel.

The location is right next to your Trinity metro station, and is most accessible. However, with blue and sandal wall paints and yellow lights, the rooms seem a bit lonely, and shady, especially if you are alone. But, comfort wise the rooms are very good, the bathrooms are very cozy with fancy sanitary fittings. And they clean the room neatly everyday. Can definitely choose the place if you are not a stickler to bright and well lit rooms.

I came here as a part of Canadian Visa processing which is in banglore. Hotel is very nice with neat and spacious rooms. The staffs are friendly. I came here by 10.30 and they allowed early check in without any payment. It is located near to Trinity circle and Trinity metro station. Hotel receptionist is friendly and helpful. Overall experience was great.

Giving 1 star because there is no zero star. Horrible hotel with cockroaches. Key doesn't work.... And so on. Doesn't fit to be called a hotel, Highly not recommended.

One of the best places to stay in and around MG road. Superb location. It's right next to the metro in a very posh and safe location. Amazing staff, very humour and helpful; special thanks to Budhkeshi! Rooms are nice. Clean and adequately provided amenities of good quality. Will definitely make this my base for bangalore travels.

Hospitality is good, staff is cooperative. Location is premium but rooms are not up to the mark. The rooms have a foul smell with no maintenance. Two single beds attached to make one which has a gap in between.

Their rooms are very spacious, well maintained and the food served is good. I wished if they had a bath tub too.
