The hotel is located at a prime location is Indiranagar and is walking distance from great set of pubs, restaurants and fast food joints. Rooms are huge and very comfortable with most amenities you would expect in a 3 star hotel. The staff is nice and will try their best to help out with everything. The food is pretty average but they have a huge menu to choose from. Cleanliness wise they can improve a bit but overall it was a good experience staying at thus hotel.

Terrible, terrible service. Serving ice cold food that will guaranteed to make you fall sick. Really bad room service where you have to follow up multiple times to ask for basic stuff like drinking water, etc. Also falsely advertising a fitness center when they don't have any

Beautiful stay only issues with service sometime it's slow. Food was excellent. Location is in prime area , so commute was not difficult.

Overall it was good experience. But the wifi what they provide won't work in your rooms. There's one separate modem installed in the room which disconnects very frequently. Breakfast buffet is appreciable. Cleaning also good. I guess its not 4 star. May be 3 star hotel.

This is the time to renovate the hotel. No enough parking place, room wall paint wrinkled (how it happens due to rain water leakage in home in same way). If we order food for more people steward provided cutlery and crockeries for one person. Slow check in process. No mirror in room except in restroom. Overall not worth for money. Advice - Service need to be improved(Upskill staffs), overall upgrade is essential.

Good hotel. Centrally located. Hotel needs a good sign board, its untraceable otherwise. Google link leads to wrong places. Staff too are unaware of landmarks and will be unable to guide anyone by telephone. Beware of menacing mosquitoes. Worthy of money paid as amenities are adequate. Its a 2 Star facility, not 4 Star as shown on net.

Rooms are spacious & clean,while service is slow

They are jUST cheating people by claiming to be a 4 star hotel. It's not any better than an OYO room. Horrors faced by me: 1. Entire hotel is absolutely filthy. Dust and grime covering everything. Spit on the walls. 2. Rooms smell like cleaning fluid and dirt. 3. Bathrooms are filthy and smell of fecal matter. 4. They don't know which rooms are occupied or free. They basically walk up to each room and knock and see if anyone answers. That's how they know the room is free for another guest. It's funny at best and little disturbing at worst, if you think about the things that can go wrong. 5. The white bed linen is a dirty brown. Seeing all the above, can someone explain how they got a four star rating? They charged me Rs6000 for a double occupancy. I can stay in a clean room in Holiday Inn for that price. Whoever gives out these ratings needs to be sued as well. They probably accepted a bribe or they don't understand their work very well. They have facilitated this kind of cheating. When I went down to complain and asked for a refund they give out the standard scam response of "please call the agent app" (in this case MakeMyTrip). I agree that this is also a quality control issue on the part of MMT, but this hotel is absolutely predatory to charge Rs6000 for a filthy room claiming it's a four star hotel. The pictures on MMT do not look anything like the reality of this hotel.
