Purchased yamaha R15 BS6 bike on April 2021, till date they have not called and updated any status, they have not given any documents, number plate, even user Manual book. When ever we called them, they simply say will get back to you in 5 mins, they wont do that, worst response, thirumulaivoyal & Maduravoyal branch.
Please don't buy any bikes in shri Vari and Sv bikes multi brand show rooms .. worst customer response.. once you paid amount they not response you ... pls pls this is my humble request... I suffered more.... mauduravoil and vealapanchavadi show room...
No proper mechanics ... They have replaced the engine oil but they not even seen Whether the nut got tighten properly or not and all the oil got drained off while driving and my bike got seized because of the carelessness of the mechanic.
