I recently dined at a well-known vegetarian restaurant Tripti in Shimla. The establishment is renowned for its pure vegetarian cuisine, which was indeed a delight. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes that catered to different tastes, and the quality of the food was exceptional. However, I did notice one aspect that could use improvement: the speed of delivery. The service was a bit slower than expected, which led to a longer waiting time for our orders to arrive at the table. This did somewhat affect the overall dining experience.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Your Catering Service I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the catering service provided by your establishment. I recently placed an order for 15 chapatis to be delivered for a crucial business meeting with my clients. To say that the experience was disastrous would be an understatement. Despite clearly specifying the quantity and the importance of the order, the delivery was shockingly deficient. Only 3 chapatis were delivered, forcing my clients to endure an unnecessary and embarrassing delay as they waited for their turn to be served. The situation was not only inconvenient but also immensely embarrassing for me, as the host, to face such a lack of professionalism and service. My clients, whom I had invited with the expectation of a seamless and enjoyable dining experience, were left unimpressed and inconvenienced. Adding insult to injury, it was disheartening to observe the staff's complete disregard for their responsibilities. Instead of ensuring timely and accurate orders, they were engrossed in idle chatter and watching matches, seemingly oblivious to the impact their negligence had on the customers. Such carelessness and lack of concern for customers' experiences reflect poorly on your establishment. Based on this regrettable incident, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend your business to anyone seeking a reliable and customer-focused catering service. The lack of attention to detail, coupled with the indifference displayed by your staff, has left a lasting negative impression on both myself and my clients. I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly and implement measures to ensure that such a disheartening experience is not repeated for other customers in the

So I visited Just Baked by Tripti today with a friend. She's a regular there so she wanted me to try the place out. We went there for lunch, I thought they only sold baked goods. Only after seeing their menu i realised it was a full fledged eatery with Indian, Chinese and Western food. We ordered Rajmah Chawal and noodles and some tea. Fruit pudding for desert. The food was really good. The presentation as well as the taste. Enjoyed my meal thoroughly. 5/5. The prices were also good as lunch for two only cost me 450 bucks. And the best part is the view you get from here. You can see the whole Kasumpti, Vikasnagar and Panthaghati area.

Placed my order at 07.00 PM, they delivered around 9.00 PM that too after regular persuasion and look what I have got..pathetic.orderd dry one and they delivered with gravy and now saying aapne yahi order diya hoga

Just Baked by Tripti is situated just on the roadside of the route to BCS. Being a shimla local, I would definitely recommend buying baked goods such as cakes, cookies, breads and other assortments from Tripti but personally I feel the food is average, nothing that would call you back again for more. Some items are also a bit overpriced such as Veg Dimsums which cost around 100 rupees for just 6 pieces! I have also tried the fries, Dosa, Chinese items and Drinks which are average but enjoyable as the view from the window seats is beautiful. The ambience and interiors are beautiful and the view is stunning. Definitely visit for cakes and baked goods as they taste really good. It's a central location for people of BCS, New Shimla, Vikasnagar so Just Baked is good for a quick bite.

Amazing service! I love eating momos and masala dosas here. They also do home delivery which is very rare in shimla.. once, we got a bad batch of momos delivered they were quick to replace the plate with fresh momos without making a fuss, little services like these are highly appreciated . The cakes and pastries are yummy and fresh. Apart from all this I really enjoy their baked biscuits and vanilla naan khatai

Just Baked by Tripti is a food joint in New Shimla. Here you will be served with a variety of Indian traditional vegetarian cuisines and moreover a lot of bakery products like cakes, pastries, biscuits and chocolates. The joint has two floors and also comfortable seating. Couches are also provided. It was really a nice experience dining in Tripti.

The food was excellent and unusually the menu was concise with enough choice to satisfy most tastes. The dim sum were excellent and the mains faultless. All in all a very pleasant meal.
