Employees are very rude to customers . Even while taking orders thy ignore customers. Not at all polite. They should get basic training of talking to people and how to handle customers while taking order .

Purchased cake but it was stale ..worst experience

Nice birthday cakes and pastries available here. There are lot of cake designs and they 'll prepare it in 1 day. Some birthday cakes are already available. Slice cakes are also available here. Some food like samosa, puffs are available which are not that good.

I am trying to place cake order with this "THOKKOTTU JUST BAKE" branch over the phone for some reason this employee called Kavita is not willingly taking my order she is asking me either to place order through zomato or saying me to book from Derakatte branch which i did.
I understand weekend has lockdown and home delivery is not possible but when i am ready to pick from the shop what problem she should have. The owner needs to look into this as this can be really inconvenience to your customers.
don't ever customise cakes here, over priced and they add their own modifications .... no common sense with order takers
