I was having a good impression and experience till yesterday about the brand, it's chain and it's outlets. As said one encounter is all it takes to ruin all good in past, picked up a cake for my daughter's birthday from Brodipet store and the cake was stale to the extent it was sour in taste which ruined my kids birthday. And no one bothered after informing the store over a call. This is it... If they don't care about their reputation at least i can't take chances with the kids health. Attached is the pic of left over cake the next day

Yesterday I ordered customised birthday cake the tasted of cake was good but it wasn't hygienic at all as I got a big tissue paper inside of the cake which was not at all good as it was my kid who got the tissue paper and was about to eat it along with the cake. That was very disappointing and I am not at all expecting such unhygienic things in the cakes as cakes are bought for celebrating not to get sick. The customised Cake was bought from @ brodipet Guntur branch
There are so many cakes but I m not sure of the taste, I have taken one particular cake called fruit cake it tastes really bad, I would not suggest that cake anymore. Take something which it is known for like chocolate and red velvet and ignore all other things.
