It's good but not say very Good.. Best for small budget shoots. But outer road is not good it's very bad very bad..

Good for shooting low budget short formats. But the AC and room, bathroom needs to be repaired.

Worst place.. no cleanliness at all.. I carried my own swim short's which I've purchased from water kingdom.. but they didn't allow me and asked me to rent a swim short's from them.. bad experience.

Good and reasonable location for shooting location but locality and roads are very bad...to commute there, it is very difficult
