Probably the best hopital in Thane and one of the best in and around Mumbai. Big sized hospital with qualified and experienced medical, para medical and non medical staff. Their policy of Patient First is followed sincerely by all concerned. Birthing suites require special mention for uniqueness. Cafeterias and a restaurant serve healthy tasty and affordable food items. Only hospital amongst many I have seen, having a valet parking facilty. Highly recommended in case of ( God forbid) any illness in the family.
I've undergone three surgeries at Jupiter hospital, and each time, I was amazed by the exceptional care and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff. From the compassionate nurses to the skilled surgeons, everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. The facility is immaculately clean, and the attention to detail in ensuring patient comfort is commendable. Very good emergency care. The staff at Pediatric Department are highly supportive and never deny to check on an unwell child. Many young kids get cold, cough, fever during night time which make parents worried to find doctor next morning. However Jupiter Hospital has really fulfilled this gap for Thane residents. The waiting list can be long but the staff accommodates it so well and also interacting with children so parents don't feel left out. At the end for parents it's important that they got doctor consultation for their child on time.
