It was an amazing experience with amazing friends and the JUNOON team was very responsible and helpful and truly made our trip memorable and we also got to see numerous landmarks and overall we all enjoyed very much

It was a horrible experience travelling with Junoon to Goa. The staff was rude, and had poor time managing skills. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they blamed everything on the students. They tried to hype up the "adventure" by saying that they were going make us experience the "real" Goa. The one and only beach we went to was the one that was owned by a hotel that most of us didn't stay at. Most the trip was the "treks". The staff had zero empathy towards the students' needs, and often times yelled at them. The so called "treks" was just walking up and down the road and walking through a rocky road for 5 minutes. It would've been much better of an experience if the staff weren't so rude and did a better work at their job that they were getting paid for. Made us feel as though we had come on the trip for free. Just felt like a waste of money and time. Pathetic service. Giving one star because it's not possible to give zero.

Goa with junoon was a disaster. They were so rude to the kids, never understood them and was never a part of making them happy. They showed us the "Real Goa" as they claim while most of it was just museums and walking up and down the road. They made sure that they bossed over the kids always scolding them and being so rude to them. It's like they're paying us instead of it being the other way! I would never ever recommend anyone to hire them as you'll have no fun at all. Inside the room was more nice and fun for us instead of outside. We never got to experience Goa for its history, culture, food, art, and its pristine water. I understand that they are professionals so for them its an everyday job and for them its easier but we are growing teenagers so they never understood that and they pushed us so much that we ended up hating the whole thing, They need to learn how to delicately handle kids while making learning a beautiful process.. They never owned up to their mistakes and they never ever took the blamee. It was always our fault and they gave 45 minutes for 5 children after 3 hours of playing to get "REFRESHED" and "REJUVINATED" while that was also impossible.. I'm compelled to give 1 star as there is no 0 star rating.. worst experience please don't go for it..

I must say...they are reliable..conduct a very well organised and timely managed outdoor expedition..food perfectly good ... members are cordial and friendly It is fun throughout the day I have done overall 3 treks with them

Almost died under their care, super bad management and overall a waste of my time/money. Please never hire them

All the arrangement right from selection of location, activities, games, lunch, snacks and tea were on point and mind blowing. The whole junoon team ensures safety and comfort of each trekker. They encourage everyone to participate in the activities and enjoy. The fellow trekkers were a nice and interesting company.

I've been with them twice in their treks and I always look forward to more adventures from them. Very passionate and professional set of people. Honestly, I was quite surprised to see that good level of service in bhopal.
